I am really appreciative of the customer service I just experienced here. This is my preferred local Starbucks anyway but today the manager was so kind and considerate in a challenging situation and it is so rare to experience that these days. I highly recommend this location for quality and experience. Thank you for being professional and compassionate.

Nice Starbucks in Simi Valley, met my wife there for a coffee, the vibe was nice and the staff was excellent. Very peaceful environment, loved this place.
