What a great place. We came out to see Bum Roots Project play and enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the great customer service. Joey, the head chef is such a doll. He is fun, sarcastic and a pleasure to engage with. He made us feel welcome and we could tell he loves what he does. Thanks Joey! Definitely coming back for the chili cheese fries again!
A friend of mine that had been grossly over poured at the bar called me to help her and friends get home. Shortly after arriving we were told that we couldn’t sit down and wait for our friends to close out their tabs. We were told we had to leave out the front door. I was only their to help their over poured customer get home. What kind of business does that? One that doesn’t need customers!
We went there last night. We got our drink order. We ordered a salad and pizza. A group of people came in ordered pizza. Got theirs. For some reason they sent their pizza back. We waited a long time. The food never came. As we were leaving I told security about what had happened. He told the manager. The manager came out and talked to me and apologized. I was impressed that security told management. The manager gave me his business card and said he would take care of us next time. So we will see…
Awesome atmosphere & staff!
In 2021 I decided to make an effort to find the best pizza in Simi. Hands down, this is it. Most pizza places in Simi serve greasy, flavorless or soggy pies. Here you get a pizza that is fresh, flavorful, and has an awesome crust. Thin crust is typically not my favorite, but this is really, really good-- crisp & flavorful!
