Hello. We order the Large 3 toppings Pan Pizza. There was literally 6-8 pieces of pepperoni and 5-7 pieces of jalapenos. Some of the slices just had 1 jalapenos and cheese with no pepperoni. There should be more peperoni.
The pizza was barely warm when it got to me. I was expecting hot pizza.
$20 is a lot for a pizza. The fact that this location does not honor all the deals on the Pizza Hut web site is annoying. The extra charge for costs in California is B.S. and should be disclosed in the pricing sooner.
My pizza had a huge chunk of chocolate ice cream that smelled bad but I'm not gonna complain about it though one of the works said the ice cream was steamy and fresh
We haven't been back for a long time and decided to give it a try again-mistake! We ordered a large stuff crust pizza. $26.00 - we can go anywhere for $26.00 and get a better pizza. What's up with nearly no sauce on it. Is there a sauce shortage . The 1.95 added surcharge is bull. Never again . I'll spend my money elsewhere !
The service was good and pleasant but the pizza was harder than normal and had no volume and fluffyness. The food was definitely sub par
After a bad experience at another location this Pizza Hut knocked it out of the park! From start to finish I am throughly pleased with the experience.
Check on line orders and/or have better app to order and check status. My order was not started until I arrived, which was time I automatically was given by app.
I didn’t get any of my sauce that I paid for. Never saw the delivery person just heard them Yell thank u from the car. So I couldn’t ask for my sauce. It took forever to come. Over an hr.
I was upset that my rewards points expired a couple of days before this order. I think it would have been nice for Pizza Hut to extend the expiration period a little due to the pandemic.
