I've been waiting for over a week for a call from the manager to complain about the rotten olives that were put on my pizza and no one has called me back. Also, when my son went to pick up the pizzas no one greeted him and just handed him the pizzas that we had paid for and out the door he went. We will give our frequent pizza business to a different Papa John's.
Papa John's refused to stop their services in Russia. Also, the pizza isn't better than any other pizza restaurant.
the people who attend the night shift provide a terrible service, give attitude. I will not buy more in this location

Pizza was too wett spoke with someone named cecelia and said it was due to the pineapple juice that they dont rinse..also was rude and refused to change my pizza for another
The pizza was OK but the customer service was very rude. They definitely don't want to stay in business.
Last night the stuffed crust BBQ Chicken pizza was the absolute bomb. I thought it maybe to much but, no way. It was so good. I can’t wait to order again

I wanted to try Papa John’s new stuffed crust pizza because I’ve always loved Pizza Hut’s stuffed crust pizza. So, I thought I’d give Papa John’s a try. Over the past few days, I’ve tried ordering through GrubHub and all three times they’ve canceled my order without explanation. I guess I’ll never try Papa John’s stuffed crust pizza. I love Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza and that’s what I will continue to order.
