Cole and the young lady I forget her name were very hospitable very nice I was there between 5:30 and 6:30 on Sunday July 17th always love Tommy's and having employees like that is priceless! great job!!
Tommy’s is so good the service is so good I felt like I was part of the Tommy’s family the chili is so good it cure depression I know people say that ice cream cures depression my ex wife that I divorced last weekend said that all the time I miss her so much it took all my willpower to not break down in tears while eating the chili the chili brings out my feelings and emotions I miss her but coming to Tommy’s and having the chili and being with the friendly staff made me realize that the chili will help me get through tough times thank you Tommy’s because of you I’ll be able to start the healing 10/10 Tommy’sTommy’s never disappoints
Absolutely LOVE their breakfast burritos. The chili is so good!! Been going here for years now. Staff is friends and food is fresh. They cook your food when you order so it takes a few extra minutes and is worth it. Try it, you won’t be disappointed! (Only negative thing is not being able to order ahead on their website unless you use a third party and then the burritos are an additional $3 each!)
I was not impressed with service or treatment from staff. It took over 5 munures for anyone to even take my order. I was asked to leave because I had a pet in a small carrier, which is ok and understandable. My husband was at the counter and apparently the two staff members were speaking poorly about me. He waited for my order to be ready and grabbed it. The lady told him that was not for him. He gave the girl my order ticket, took the food, and left. I will not be investing any more money with this location. My pet aside, the lack of attention or manners were not present.
Workers are very good. I don't like how small the containers are for the fries, but they are still really good.
Who doesn't love a chili cheese burger and chili cheese fries ? every once in a while, clean and good service.
Yummy burgers with spicy chilli sauce. Felt like an In n Out burger with a spicy twist.
Service was great, fast drive thru line. Food was good as usual. Only problem is its next day and I'm on the toilet doing this review ? ? about a half can in on the Glade!!
The food is good, it just falls short from the other Tommy's in opening hours. They open at 10 am and stop serving breakfast at 11 am! That breakfast hour window is a too small. Please open earlier or move breakfast to 12pm. (hate driving to the valley) lol
Customer service was extremely slow. Chili was bland. My wife asked for a refill on her iced tea. The gentleman behind the counter responds rudely what's your soda. My wife replied iced tea. Was excited to try the place but probably won't ever go back. On a positive note the fries are good
