Enjoy your rusty pizza! Because the mixer bowl he uses to mix the pizza dough has a whole in the bottom where it's rusted out but he still continues to use it cuz he's too cheap to buy a new one. He never cleans the pizza screens they just get thrown in a box under the counter and recycled. His refrigerated prep line has broken seals on the doors which don't keep the contents at the right temperature, it also leaks water and often needs to be squeegeed out. The salad dressing is a gallon of red wine vinegar and a gallon of oil watered down to make more money And the ranch dressing is nothing more than (merely) a gallon of mayonnaise mixed with a gallon of milk, so you can't really call it ranch because ranch has buttermilk in it.... I'm surprised you didn't know that. Oh and I make a better pizza at home because Ralphs has basically the same pizza dough that you can make yourself by mixing it with water and yeast. Oh and don't go in during prayer time because you'll be embarrassed because he'll be down on his little rug facing East.

The owner is NOT A VERY NICE PERSON I suggest you go in and throw him a couple curveballs and find out for yourself. He used to deliver for Ameci's so he's no pizza genius. The lasagna is Stouffer's and I'm surprised no one can tell because Stouffer's has a very distinct taste. He buys it up the street from Smart & Final. Guido's corporate holds his hand and gives him advantages the old owner never had because they're all Muslim, not that there's anything wrong with being Muslim.

The other day I ordered a steak sandwich and while Omar was cooking it, he became distracted by a personal phone call and left my steak unattended on the stove top. As my food began to burn, I interrupted Omar and pointed at the stove, and he actually became upset with me and scolded me for interrupting him, so I said, "Next time I will just let it burn!" and he asked, "What did you just say?' as if I were in trouble for doing something wrong, so I just walked out.

Love this place. The best take out Italian food. Pasta sauce is top notch.

I'd never been to Guido's but was craving Italian food for dinner. I ordered baked ziti and tiramisu for delivery. Unfortunately the food did not satisfy in the slightest. The baked ziti was more of overcooked, soggy noodles, topped with a bland, plain red sauce and cheese. Looks like it was thrown into the oven for a couple minutes to heat up, but couldn't have been long. The tiramisu was still frozen and came from a box, certainly not homemade. The meal definitely wasn't any sort of authentic Italian cuisine, so if that's what you're hoping for I'd recommend passing on this place and finding another.
