The staff is great and hardworking. The planning is terrible. At counter. Ordering is non-existent and when I order ahead through the app it takes my order takes my money. It allows me to select in-store pickup but then the doors are locked and no one is available to help. This has occurred three times in the last 6 months and around 6:30 a.m. well past their opening hours
Despite the fact that there were only a handful of customers, we still had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food. The staff appeared to be working hard, but not much was getting done. One angry customer respectfully asked to speak to the manager, only to be informed that they had left. Also, the interior of the restaurant was hot and humid, making our wait seem even longer. The food was the usual McDonald's fare.
Nearly every time I go to McDonald’s they mess up my order. And I use the mobile app, so there’s no miscommunication at drive through. And yet, I’m always missing some thing (fries, apple slices for kids, drinks, etc.), or given the wrong item entirely. Is there no quality control?? This last visit 5min ago, I only ordered one thing, a sweet iced tea. And what did I get, a Coke or Dr Pepper. Not hating on soda, just absolutely not what I ordered. Tried to go in to exchange it, the lobby is closed. I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through again to fix this. Not worth it. Not worth going to McDonald’s. If you can afford eating anywhere else, I beg you to avoid eating here.
It's always a joy coming here. The staff is very friendly. It shows they care. It's a great environment. Finding a table is easy. They keep the restrooms clean. The parking lot is spacious. Finding a spot is usually easy. It's a great place to bring your friends. I feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone.
This particular restaurant is really good at getting your order right half the time. So half(ish) stars.
If you want to enjoy your meal inside you must be there between 6:00 A.M. through 2:00 P. M.
Just came for a drink and the drive-thru line was extremely long. Tried to go in the dining room and it had closed really early probably due to covid-19 mandates. You don't know for sure so you park the car and go in to find the doors locked.
During Pandemic wearing mask ordering in go through take away Lane sometime tough but This MacD staff is very polite take order ready with smile it's beautiful view near a gas station , fill the tank and fill the hunger with a smile .don't forget to ask extra ketchup ... Before you catch up.
the chicken mc nuggets and the french fries are good the drinks are good the drink selection is good the coke slushies are good the cinnamon roll and the chocolate chip cookies are good the breakfast plater is good i highly recommend this location its the best
