I go every morning to get an iced coffee and sausage mcmuffin no egg. The girl at the first window sometimes. Today she worked the 2nd window. She makes my mornings. Not only beautiful but she is a sweet heart. Wish I knew her name. Keep up the good work McDonald's.
So disappointed service is going down hill, food quality is going down hill and they forget to include items for my meal. I knew I should have double checked before I left but after spending so long in the line. I just wanted to get home and eat, don’t think I will ever go to this location again. I rather drive further or not go to a McDonald’s again. Sloppy burgers and cold fries how does that happen. I hope these owners get more involved before it gets worse. This place used to be a go to but now it’s a stay away fast food place.
The staff is always very friendly and the overall cleanliness of store is always on point. Veronica, a drive thru employee, is awesome!!! She has a great outgoing and fun personality and you can tell she’s a very hard working employee! There’s typically not too much of a wait unless you go at peak times but even still, they get thru the lines very efficiently.
I found a piece of egg shell in sausage egg mc muffin today dam .They are usually on their phones or talking way too much I’ve noticed that it takes way too much time to get orders out or make them honestly your employees don’t know even how to work as team.Obnoxious slack of performance and straighten it out because for them to say to each other that u make the food or by saying it’s not my job
This McDonald’s is not kept up and is very unprofessional. I Have ordered from here multiple times and have gotten raw meat in my order of both a cheeseburger and quarter pounder. The pies I ordered were cold and stale. I asked for lettuce on the cheeseburger and it smelled foul and had discoloration. The drive through was very long and when I got to the window nobody was at the window and the employee Suhail was very rude to me. If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars I would. Unacceptable
I am very impressed with this McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru. The guys that took my order and gave me are food were so nice and polite. They didn't rush us. I am impressed with the food as well.
Nobody at counter to help for 10 minutes. No exaggeration. One employee came to the front a few times & didn't offer to help. Sign on counter said use kiosk to purchase order. I had cash. It was 10am & it wasn't even that busy but yet I was inside for 20 minutes. Longest I've ever spent in a McD's. Good thing about another bad experience at McD's is I've been wanting to quit eating here. Now I've made that my 2022 new year's resolution.
Prices continue to climb and value goes down. Had a caramel sundae for first time in over a year. Only had a tiny amount of caramel, about 25% of what they used to have, disappointing.
Good staff and most of the time the food comes out hot but Ive had a few times as of late where I got a hard bun or two
Terrible drive thru service. Had to move to a spot to wait for them to bring the food out, then had to move again because my order was incomplete. Staff was indifferent and far from accommodating.
