I was happy to know that Simi Valley had an original Michoacana Ice cream store. The tostilocos were good, and Ice cream was great. Will definitely come back.

Had a great experience here with my family and all the food we got was very tasty. The highlight was definitely Becca, who patiently answered each of our questions as we all tried figuring out what we wanted to order. Will definitely keep coming back thanks to this experience!

I've been many times since this place opened, and it's been pleasant. Since their "upgrade" to Plus, I don't know that I'll be back. The atmosphere is obnoxious with the new loud decor and extra bright lights. The staff didn't seem particularly helpful and nice either. I ordered the Tres Leches scoop ice cream, and it was very soupy with zero flavor. When I (after eating maybe a quarter and then throwing it away) tried to complain, I was given a dismissive, "it's supposed to be that way." I understand that not allowing taste tests isn't up to them, but the whole experience was just very unpleasant and soured my thoughts on this location.

Francesca and Elisa where AMAZING. They where so sweet and helpful! Most definitely coming back for the amazing mangonada and frescas!!!

I LOVED the Michoacána before the upgrade. Once it became plus you can tell that the quality of the ice cream was compromised. Before it became plus the ice cream had great taste now it tastes cheap! Will not come back.

Customer was good. the sandia scoop ice cream was good and so was the horchata drink so was the michelaguas de cucumber con limon was good but the mango tasted gross . The chamoy and mango totally gross don’t recommend also !But I’d come back to give it another try but for something else

Amazing ? I moved out of state and was visiting. Man do I wish there was one of these in every military town.

We went to the Grand opening... The Mangonadoas-i loved it just right, one of my favorites. And the Elotes did not have enough seasonings tasted plain, Hot Con Elotes it was ok and Aguas Frecas loved it.. We will be back..

I showed up for the grand reopening, first time here. It was very festive, very colorful. The employees were all very nice and helpful. I ordered a mango mangonada, at least that's what I think it was called , it was very good. A lot of the drinks I saw other customers ordering looked amazing.

They have a million flavors, great selection!
