Cold food. Fries put in bag upside down. Rolls stale. No honey. Will not go back
Ordered two pc combo with mashed potatoes and gravy cole slaw . They gave me Mac and cheese and a wing that was so broken and the chicken was barely warm . So disappointed whatever happened to KFC ?
Used the app, food was ready to go, nicely packaged, everything was there, no errors.
I went through the drive thru today. Not only was my order incorrect but I didn't receive the receipt. My total was over 50 dollars and I still sis not receive the mixed family meal I asked for. I understand that they are understaffed but atleast check to make sure a simple 8 piece meal has two breast two wings two legs and two thighs . I wish I had been a mystery shopper so I could have given them a score under 65. I have worked for YUM corp before and this store is not to their standards. Very disappointed. And I can't place a complaint because the woman at the drive thru at approx 2:20 pm did not give me my receipt. Thanks but no thanks.
Really friendly and helpful staff. The food was fresh and not greasy at all.
The beyond chicken tasted kinda bomb ngl. They got pictures of the old dude colonel sammich everywhere
Why why...After long time of not coming here because I was living in another city...Why you guys can not get your customer service better..What is stopping you?!!Maybe they change workers ??The drive thru is an absolute pain in the rear!How can you expect to have our order ready at the window when you guys can not even put a preview of what is in the menu...We customer don't remember all of it!Of course not!!The lady in the drive thru was inpatient and in a hurry of know what I gonna get ...Besides your microphone and speaker are soooooooooooo old!!We can barely understand what you think you saying is good...Focus one customer at the time!!No wonder why you guys have a 3 stars review..I visited other locations at you can see the difference..Is like you guys stop efforts to get better!Obviously I'm not the only one having this problem..They told not to come here..... But I didn't believe it ..I regret it my choice...I really like the food here but please..!!WAKE UP and start from the little details to make this place one that we want to come back for more!!?Don't ruin KFC

The food is cold and Chewy and two times they did a mistake with me they gave me my order without bread and mashed potatoes I will never do it again
Worst service ever! I will never go to KFC again.
