My first time I walked to the store, the employees polite at first. I decided to go with the “Buffalo chicken sandwich” to dine in. Ones I got the sandwich I just unwrapped it & it was just horribly made!! Like literally there was no place for me to grab the sandwich it was all spilled out from the sandwich, very soggy.So I approached back to the same guy that took my order, employee “ROB”.& gently ask Him to please come over & look at the sandwich because it was just a disaster. So he came by looked at the sandwich and he raised his shoulders and shook his head and literally walked back over to the counter… like really!! Is that how you guys do Costomer service????So I kindly sat there for about 10 minutes patiently waiting to see if he’s going to come and tell me what he’s going to do with the situation, so about ten minutes later I was really hungry I couldn’t sit there anymore I walked approached him and asked him what’s happening with my sandwich? & he starts yelling at me, “they are making you a new one”!!Just a horrible store !& here is the picture of the disaster looking sandwich
Been coming to this place for past few months (after another 'sub-way' place was found 2 have alleged fake tuna..smh).The subs are great, only thing I cringe at is the cross contamination a few employees do: when the toppings that fall off the subs onto the board they are prepared on, is thrown back into the condiments. Like lettuce that didn't make it on the sub, falls on remnants of other meat, veggie particles etc is then picked up and thrown back into lettuce bin. I'm all for recycling, but this is one area where probs a better idea to throw leftovers in bin FYI #allergies #vegans?
The best managed place. Rob is the most efficient employee and Rich the manager extremely efficient and friendly and knows how to treat the customers.

I got here at my pickup time had to wait an additional 12 minutes phone orders are not a priority here
Don't bother ordering ahead. Once you've paid you are priority zero. 7 other ppl here waiting for their pickups and 0 of 5 staff working on the to go orders from the look of it. 25 minute wait so far, I could've gone through the line by now.
Store was super busy but the team handled the crowd and online orders like pros.
