Fasr. Accurate. Friendly. Yummy!

May 1 2022 at 7pm.Place was a mess. Younger kid cutting my ham meat had his headphones in and didn’t care. The girl making my sandwich seemed like she was trying to make my sandwich in record time. I don’t mean that in a good way. I could have done better blindfolded. I am laying 20 bucks for a damn sandwich. I expect it to be a little more organized.

I order here once a week and food is always delicious. Today, I did an online pick up order and when I walked in, the place was packed. People waiting to pick up orders and place new orders. I waited about 20 min for my pick up. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but did the best they could. The staff deserves a raise considering how busy it was and how many upset customers there were waiting on their food. Just wanted to thank the staff for their service today even though it was a hectic day for them. ❤️

I’m very disappointed in this locations online service and poor customer service! Twice I’ve used the online ordering system. The first time, I arrived to pick up my order at the designated time the staff said they never received the order and I had to wait for the order to be made which took 10 minutes and I was then late to an appointment. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating. Then yesterday, I called the store and was told that they weren’t taking phone orders I could come in to the store or order on line and the person hung up abruptly, which I should have known then, but decided to try the online ordering one more time. I placed the order was told to pick it up at 6:40pm (20 minute wait, no problem) I get there go in the store at 6:40 and the employee at the register took my name looked for my order and said “it’s going to be 2 more minutes “. So I step to the side area and I’m waiting after 5 minutes, I ask the same girl, “How much longer for my order” and she tells me there was a mistake and they just started the cheese steak sandwich. I then tell her I would have preferred that you told me that originally, I would have canceled that sandwich and you could refund me for the 1 sandwich and I could be on my way! I also told her that this location seems to have real issues with their online orders that this was the 2nd time I’ve had a problem, I’m thinking I’ll be going to the Jersey Mikes a mile down the road. She (same original girl), then responds by saying “Go, I don’t care”. I thought WOW!, I asked her if I could please talk to the manager and she said “I am the manager”, I asked her for her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag, she declined to give it to me and neither would the other employees...A few minutes later as one of the employees handed me my order, I asked him when the owner would be in the store and he said only Saturday mornings. By the way, I left there at 6:55 ( 15 minutes later than it was supposed to be ready!) Today 10/2/21 I left a message for the owner Andy to please call me and an employee by the name of Janelle took the info and said she would leave it on his desk.. To be continued, let’s see if Andy gets the message and then calls me.

Got the club sandwich today pretty good I like how they slice it fresh right in front of you.

It was delicious, they are all helpful, friendly and work well together for streamlined efficiency. I'll be back.

Unfortunately there's no .. -star. I used to like Jersey Mike's on Tapo Canyon .. but the young gentleman that work there now still advertise that they're open until 8:00 p.m. ... but even when you drive there and get there at 7:45 they tell you they're closing. They use a variety of different excuses ! I'm sure they could make a sandwich in 15 minutes.They've done this several times now so we will no longer go to that location !!!!We may actually have to give up on this 'chain' because I heard that the Cochran location treats customers the same way .. sadly.It's really hard to support local businesses when it seems they DON'T want the business???

I absolutely love their sandwiches, but every time I go into my local shop they have all new people who have barely gotten past the learning curve, and inevitably they either mess up my sub, or I have to repeat myself multiple times while they're making the sub.
