Was denied service here 22 minutes before closing today. Lazy employees said they already cleaned the machines for the day. Then change your Freaking hours! Won't spend money or recommend this Lazy establishment
ATTENTION CORPORATE: Juice preparation issues stem from poor management and poor training. PLEASE DO BETTER AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ADEQUATELY. THANK YOU! I don’t understand how someone can mess up making ginger shots? I came here yesterday and purchased 4 ginger shots with lemon among other juices, and the cashier told me it would be a few minutes because they had to prepare them and I was fine with that. Ten minutes later I get my juices and go on my way. I was already 20 minutes away from the store when I realized that my ginger shots were in very small cups and the amount of ginger shot was a tablespoon worth. When I go to drink them I realized they were completely watered down. Please teach your employees how to make ginger shots correctly. I don’t understand how someone can mess up making ginger shots? Do better Jamba Juice.

I’ve been going to this Jamba Juice for years and the service has never failed me. All the cashiers are very kind and the selection of smoothies is large. One cashier (Sam) was great because she had a really loud voice that I could hear through her mask. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The place is great! Smoothies are nice and fresh, and employees are nice. There are many different types of drinks and smoothies which is a thing many other smoothie places don't have. Sometimes there can be a kind of an awkward silence, but it's not really an issue that is a big deal. Either way 5/5 I will continue to go here.
