Stayed here for 2 nights. The room had no ventilation and smelled like soggy mildew, especially the bathroom. Some of the towels & sheets had stains. Also found used tissue between the bed and nightstand. The worst thing of all was that we saw 3 ROACHES. There is also a charge for daily parking. Definitely will not be coming back due to the lack of cleanliness.

Some of the rooms are good, others not so much. For instance, in one of them there were some bugs. Some of the staff are a bit on the warmer side, while others will make you wonder if they are going to find a reason to throw you out and keep your money. What really bothers me is the parking fee and in addition they charge it every day that you're there, and this is a common practice among many hotels but it really should be illegal. It maybe listed in whatever site that you are looking at but it's definitely in the fine print, so you may want to double check to make sure you've read everything. If you're not aware of it it's always a surprise when you check in and if you have a non refundable it's not always convenient. The breakfast is not free. I just don't suggest bringing any pets or animals with you. in fact it's confusing because on the website we booked through this hotel said they had a very strict no pets policy but then they let you bring your animals with no fee. This hotel still has a good rate, but they could use some improvement and again the parking fee is troublesome. There is no ventilation in the rooms and some of them have an albeit very strong smoky smell.

Pros: comfy bed, outlets in alarm clock for charging phone, pool, employees are nice and accommodating.Cons: Wi-Fi is bad. Only 2 bars. The bathroom faucet has bad water pressure, hard to rinse your mouth after teeth brushing. No plastic shower curtain so water was all over the floor after showering. I used the entire bottle for one wash. The bathroom door handle squeaked really loud anytime it was touched. Breakfast is not complimentary. Refrigerator froze all my food and drinks.Update: the entire time i was here, 4 days. The maids never once cleaned the room. I put the sign on the door, and when i came back to the room the sign was flipped and no one cleaned anything. The trash really needed to be collected because my brother was puking in bags and no one took it until i called the front desk.

Could be great! This is probably the best hotel option in Simi Valley. Too bad the parents don’t have enough common sense to make their kids respect other guests. Kids were doing cannonballs in the hot tub, spraying each other with water sprayers when adults are trying to relax while, Kids were playing baseball in the pool, kids wrestling in the pool, all happening while the parents sat and watched including their kids just throwing their capri suns on the ground. The walls are really thin so you hear your neighbors next to you and above you. The breakfast could definitely be a little better by maybe adding a protein like eggs and bacon.

As of late, I have stayed in a lot of hotels while looking for a home. If I were to compare to others I have recently visited (and this is a long list), I would recommend this one above the others. Any time you leave a location and experience that feeling of missing someone or that somehow someone made you feel a little more specialIt is easy to pass it along. They helped me with pricing, location and even with my next destination. I can't think of what else could have been done.I hope if you choose this location, you walk away with a smile on your face like I did.Enjoy.I hope this helps you in choosing and goodluck wherever you go..,.

This place was a bit pricey. The room I stated and could have been much cleaner. If they lowered the price I would stay there again. I'm so glad to be out of Southern California. All citizens in California are being burned over prized for items Needed to live on. Gasoline prices are insane. The cost of living there is out of sorts And overpriced. Animal wage should be much higher. This is what I meant earlier saying citizens of California in zip California are being ripped off.

I like staying here. Close enough to LA and everything, but far enough from the craziness.Hotel is clean, service is great, rooms are quiet and affordable.Great deals on hotwire.

Pros: 1/11/22 Great location I had no issues w/ cleanliness, getting what I needed from the housekeepers. Nice soft towels, quality toilet paper. Micro fridge in the room was very nice to have as well as the couch. We had a king deluxe. Jamie and Martha at check in were nice & explained everything well.Cons: Room 322 the microwave door opening button had issues as well as the bottom refrigerator door rack bar was missing. To be advertising as a hotel these things should be in better standing. The check-in policy & just little things that show strongly that money is the bottom line -the nickel and diming to check in early from $20 to $40. I didn't bring a car so I don't know if they still implement the $10 a night parking.Bottled water in the room $2.50 like Vegas. I think all the advertising plastered in the elevators are in poor taste again for a true hotel. The furniture is a little dated and on the back of the door the checkout time is noon yet the front desk advertises 11. They'll let you check out at noon so again this is the type of stuff you encounter in California and more of the nickeling and diming, that is their classic style of doing business.I would say coming from the hotel I normally stay at each month, having equal cleanliness letting me check in whenever I arrive, but paying $25 to $35 more for this place brings mixed feelings. When I walked in I wasn't as impressed as the reviews and photo show, but it wasn't bad nor felt mislead misadvertised. I got a great rate for California so I'll continue to stay at this point only bc of the proximity to the things I need here in Simi Valley.

Did not have any problems with my stay here everything was nice and clean

I won't go back. The value is not worth it. Bad water pressure, small TV, not enough pillows, and halls/rooms need upgrading! Also got charged early check-in fee for being one hour and fifteen minutes early and a parking fee... neither of which is posted anywhere, so beware you will pay an extra $10.00 per night from what you find online. The room where the ice machine is on the fourth floor smelled of sour sewage and we had knats or fruit flies in the bathroom... we couldn't figure out where they were coming from.
