Update: visited 13JUNE2022, the place has changed quite a bit. The selection of food very from day to day but otherwise pretty decently made. I fell obsessed with the green beans, sauté with garlic, just delicious.The food selection provides just enough for everyone to have whatever they are craving. The chocolate fountain is entertaining for the kids, will have to stop by again and see if I didn't just get lucky.Food is good, some of the servers are a bit rude, not as much variety as other places. But overall good decent selection for the whole family.
They lie about the price of the food. I called and they said it’s 1.80 2-10 years old but we had 2 kids and got charged 34 dollars. Food was not that great. Didn’t have the food they told me on phone. All and all was not a very good experience. I would have went to a better place for the money we paid.
The food is good, but once I got in the waiters were like ehh because they sat us down and just left. The waiters even just stand there looking around not doing anything except cleaning the tablets and floor. The food is cold, warm, or normal. The tables are sometimes dirty, same with the plates. When I got home my stomach was hurting and then I used the bathroom and there was diarrhea. This means that there was something bad in the food. So I don't think I wanna come here again. Oh yeah, I also forgot, the bathrooms are very smelly and the soap is just like water, not normal soap. 5/10.
This isn’t as good as it was before. I recently went about an hour before closing and I felt suspicious once I walked in. The food looked extremely old and it was cold. The sushi with avocado was already browning and the other sushi was warm. The other food looked like it was out for a long time. The service is also not good. Our waiter was standing behind our table looking at us from the time we sat down until we got up for another place. They never offered us refills on our drinks neither. I felt very uncomfortable because I felt like these people were also hearing the conversation I was having with my friend. They also charge $8.99 per pound of food you leave on your plate! So you’re forced to eat food that probably is going to poison you because you feel pressured to eat it in order not to pay more than you have to. The verdict is that their food is extremely old and their service is very unwelcoming and uncomfortable.
Horrible and false advertising on there foods and time. Listed they close at 9:30pm on Sunday, yet we arrived there at 8pm and they were cleaning up and removing the foods. In a way we were being forced the whole time. All items were not present but yet we still had to pay the full price. $94.32 to be exact. This is for a part of 4 with drinks which is outrageous for the service and food that was provided. Food was bland and not worth the time it took me to come here on a trip i made to universal studios. Place was dirty and i am honestly surprised they haven't been closed down due to the cleanliness you of place. Me and my family love eating out and trying new places yet places like this make eating out disappointing.
Food is very good. A bit pricey. The service, however is terrible. I had to get my own water and they laughed at me when asked for it. They work on tips for bringing drinks and taking plates away. It just seems like they don’t care if they get tips or not. I couldn’t even get chopsticks. All they did was point in the general direction and make some grunting sounds like they don’t understand me. Again, we love the food but the service is appalling.
Most of the food was cold and just okay.The personnel inside was very rude and they were bringing bills to the table immediately after getting a second plate, it felt as if they wanted to kick our group out to avoid getting more food. Mind you no one was abusive with their portions.
Food was not good .. Noodles tasted like cold plastic . The rice tasted like that 1 min cook n done packets from a microwave .. The orange chicken was very stale n cold .. I need The Manager and Staff at Golden Panda Buffet to take my review seriously . Im not the type to be writing reviews but you guys have earned a solid "F" on the quiality of your meals. Your customer service is a solid "A" no doubt . Respectful and all but your so called CHEFS GOTTA GO!
Very unimpressed by the quality of the food. Nothing on The buffet looked very fresh and the taste definitely reflected that. The hostess was very kind and was working very hard. But I feel like the people that have left positive ratings, have not tasted good fresh sushi. Will not be returning for a second try.
This is a buffet style, eat as much as you wish for a set price, restaurant. Food is plentiful and varied, and there’s a grill where you select prawns, beef etc to be cooked by a chef. There’s also fruit, gateau and sorbets. My only concern is other customers who do not follow Covid instructions and don’t wear a mask whilst at the buffet…some customers do, many don’t.
