I just returned from picking up a family meal to go from this location. I had planned to get an 8-piece meal when the cashier suggested I get a Family Feast which included a salad and churros for an additional $2+. I agreed but found when I returned home that there was no salad or churros in my bag. So in the end I got the same meal I had originally planned to get for MORE money.
Eating sushi is one of our favors. This place had a wonderful taste and great service. I recommend it.
So frustrating. I ordered for my son and myself. His order was correct. But I gotTostada salad. Ask for no sour cream. Then in effort to get ahead of the task, I even asked for salsas: pico and green. The ticket receipt has everything right. But when I get the order. The salsa wasn’t there so I had to return and ask for it. Then at home I realize they didn’t give the cilantro salad dressing or put in the cheese that comes with the salad. They were rushing so hard they missed the mark.
Pretty good restaurant, Good employee’s , Great customer service , And great food , Highly recommend, now for the people saying the food is bad and rude employee’s they’re just wrong because all the employee’s that work there have been nice and respectful,
This location is full of rude employees and cold food. We should have realized it when we saw the lady at the cash register yelling rudely to a customer. They screwed our entire order up and then when we called them they said they didn't and would not fix the issue. STAY AWAY from this location!

Jorge was great. I had an issue with a previous order where I didn't get it because the power went out to the restaurant, so it wasn't their fault. Talked to Jorge and he helped me, no problem. Pollo Loco is my favorite fast food place and this location is the best. Great service and delicious food.

This store needs to retrain the employees on everything. Order is wrong every single time. Food is under cooked or burnt to a crisp. This location is a joke at this point.
