Would give it a zero called placed an order they said they could give change for $100 which they could not and they ended up canceling my order did not bother calling me back called them 51 minutes after the order was placed to find out they canceled my order horrible customer service
This was a terrible experience. The counter help was inexperienced and inappropriate. I made an error on the website and ordered the wrong crust and he was terribly rude. They decided to make me another pizza with the correct crust but soon as he helped two other people with their order, he started making my pizza with no gloves on!!! He actually put his hands in the cheese without gloves!!! It was unbelievable ... I told them cancel everything -- went to Pizza Hut, where everyone had on gloves and masks!!! Unbelievable Domino's ....

I wanted to give 0 stars but that isn't an option. I ordered garlic and cinnamon knots at 6:38 pm. Headed to the store and paid at 6:52. Was told an additional 10-15 min. At 7:09 my app said it was ready but I didn't see it. At 7:12 I asked and they only had the garlic knots ready, but the cinnamon were never put in the oven. I sat there for 25 minutes for nothing. I asked for my money back and left. All they said was they were understaffed. But everyone else's orders were coming out but mine. Horrible customer service.
Not sure yet. But the app is deceiving. Be careful, I ordered contactless delivery and was not clearly informed they would add $5.00 delivery charge. I guess They think I would not have tipped, and added the delivery charge automatically.
Very poor amount of ingredient is used every single time my family purchases pizza from this location compared to other locations. I have asked about this location from other domino's and thay said they put less on each pizza to save ingredient to make themselves pizza out of it. I feel like they are very Dishonest, and my family and I will never go to that location again.
