Cronies is a typical sports bar with a family friendly flair. You seat yourself ( no signs stating so ) and have multiple people tending to your table. Third time here and I notice the regulars get a lot of attention more so than standard patrons. It's very common for the staff to socialize with them. It's a great place to grab a cold beer and a bite to eat. Also to watch multiple sports events of course. Currently there is construction going on and it seems they are updating their outdoor patio area. Should be a nice upgrade since their current large outdoor area is under a pretty worn out pop up canopy.
A friend and I had lunch there today and it will be the last time. Poor, slow service. Wait staff appeared to be too busy talking to each other than paying attention to the customers. We had to ask for the check and ask for a takeout container. The place could use a good cleaning too.
This has got to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant bar! We waited 45 minutes for our food to come. We received 2 French dips 20 minutes before the rest of the food got to the table! It was ridiculous. The waitresses had no clue what we had received or didn’t receive. No care for the table of 6 whatsoever. The owner(s) sitting in the back chatting while the kitchen needs help. Instead of working like he should he’s sitting having a beer or coffee. Doesn’t matter. Worst place to go for drinks and food. First time going. Won’t be going ever again. Even if it’s free.

My girlfriend's after group run watering hole. We stop here for lunch prior to visiting the Reagan Library.
Recent 1st time visitor. Enjoyed the sevice. Enjoyed the food. The drinks were good as well. I plan to go back.
Good food and atmosphere. Busy place but did not slow the service. When getting extra pancakes!
There are plenty of draft beer choices, typical sports bar food, games on TV, and an attractive and highly competent staff. Pretty much everything you go to a sports bar for.
