Best ice cream in town..
Drive way out of our way to get ice cream here on our first date night in 2 years. It’s 20 minutes before they close and the 2 girls won’t even give us the decency of saying “sorry we closed early” they are giving me dirty looks as we stand at the locked door with the OPEN sign still lit. This was a total disappointment.
Really busy so it was slow. Good service.
Good ice cream but the park long lot smells like sewage. I can smell it through my mask.

Disabled-unfriendly, disorganized, serves people behind you first. No resting area, no organization. We were completely ignored for about half an hour, then our service was constantly disrupted so they could serve other people at the cashier and service area despite us ordering at that moment, and then were moved aside multiple times.My mother shouldn't be put off for customers that were behind us, she's disabled, and we were asked multiple times if we'd been helped, we said no over and over but were still ignored.I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Went to Simi Valley I bought 4 small cups of ice cream and a chocolate nut dip waffle cone. The cone was picked from the glass case. I bit into the the chocolate nut cone, it taste like dust had settled on it for over a year. My daughter tried it, said it taste like cleaning spray and my grandson (9yrs) said bad, not fresh.

The service here is good, the staff are friendly and they try to take care of customers quickly.
The ice cream was good, but it would be nice if they trained their employees on how to use the store computers before they let them run the store alone. We bought a Groupon for cold stone, and they couldn't figure out how to redeem it (didn't even try) and made us pay for the ice cream again.
