Very expensive for a salad. Nice employees. But way too expensive. I will not go Back
This place was so delicious and a healthier option. They are a new and locally owned shop and the employees were incredibly nice.
I placed a mobile order at 12:40p for a 1:30p pick up. Showed up at 1:30p and they had not even started my order.I was so happy to find out that this place had reopened in a different location but so far my pick up order experience was not the greatest. Hopefully the salads were made correctly and taste good.??
It would just be cool if the order was correct. I have a nephew who CANNOT have dairy, and yet..there was cheese on his lil bowl. Also paid extra for more dressing and did not receive. Can’t call either because the number hasn’t been updated or something.
Too bad can't do negative stars....walked in during daytime 11ish.. cashier hands order to only other customer then looks at me walks away w/o a word. The two older folks tattoo guy and heavy lady looked at me completely ignoring me... finally the young dark hair girl Jonhnan who was busy entire time took care of me..top it off a blonde walks in and immediately greeted by tattoo boy. Pathetic customer service and the Johnan girl was perfect and too good of an employee to be working there.

After going through the process of building my salad, I was asked which dressing I would like. Kudos for having a lot of dressings! But it would be better to a provide a list so your customers can choose. I was struggling to read the writing that was on top of each bottle and the girls behind the counter seem very annoyed when you ask questions.
I had my Chop It Up fixed today. I actually went two well known restaurants at the Simi Town Center and walked out because I was told because of supply chain what I wanted to ordered was no longer available. Very disappointing! So I went back to my weekly favorite salad fixed place and it seems like every time I go and order there is always something new on build your own salad variety. Today it was blueberries and candy walnuts. For the amount of food I got and the variety I literally spent less than $10.00 on my salad. This place is the most reasonable take out or eat inside place in Ventura county. You are getting quality fresh food cheaper than going through mickie dee’s.
Fantastic! Simi Valley has arrived. Fresh ingredients, lots of variety, clean, nice staff. A real addition to our town.
