Ordered online and came later than the expected time (10-15 min) and it still wasn't ready for 2 orders. Would've been faster to just order it in the store than to wait for the online order.Portion was also about half of what I'd consider a normal amount and the prices were increased than they were about a year ago.Probably will never be buying Chipotle again.
This place can't get an order wrong to save their life. They haven't got an order right the last 3 times we've gotten something from there, and the last 2 times it was someone else's food. Skip this place, it's a joke.
Good size store, clean, and friendly staff. Food was great at this location, especially eating on the clean, open patio (good shade.)Will eat here again w/more friends!
I ordered ahead so it would be ready and I still had to wait for my order and when I got home the label was correct but it was completely wrong. Then I tried to call the store 3 times and the phone just rang for 2 minutes each time before it hung up on me
This has the be the worst managed Chipotle I have ever been to. Now they hide their online orders behind the counter and every employee is half brain dead and pretty much just ignore you so you can't even get your food. My burrito was completely wrong (probably somebody else's) and they shorted me a bag of chips. They also had no ice and were out of most drinks. The restaurant was very messy and poorly maintained as well. Trust me, you'll want to avoid this location!
Great, simple, and cheap make-your-own salads, burritos, tacos, etc options!
This location used to be pretty bad but it's definitely gotten a lot better! I do miss the old style Quasadills's, but that has nothing to do with this specific location.
Carnitas we’re bad. I ordered online and picked up in store. I spoke to the manager who said that carnitas are supposed to be sour. He didn’t apologize and said that the only way I would get refunded was online. Bad service and bad food, I won’t be back.
I eat Chipotle at least 3 times a week and at variety of locations but Simi Valley location I will not return. No one cares at this location which is shown in your meal. The tall manager is not a good team leader. They don't drain the beans and throw it all together with no love. Very disappointed. I hope upper management takes a better look at this store and how it's run. God bless!
Service here is pathetic, ordered a chicken burrito bowl and its only half filled. This is the second time , next time I will try paying only half price ?
