Very empty and we noticed that the reason why it was probably empty at 5 59 on a monday right next to a busy area cause of one waitress. Who decided to brush my family members off. And then we asked for something to go with our meal and waitress told us she got it but the family members didnt come with the choice they decided for . And then the waitress said ... who who ... who served you. And we all look at her (the 4 of us ) looked at her and we all said... YOU. And even before that I ordered the 3 for 10.99 since it's simple for me to pick a smaller menu then a bigger one and I asked for the soup .... and before I even asked what soup was their . She got close to my face and said what do you want. While she put her hands up in the air sarcastically.. it felt uncomfortable and I felt that my own human existence was in her way. I'm already a anxiety filled mess and this chilis didnt feel like a restaurant but thankfully our waitress got replaced and if you ever go to this chilies hope you dont get a older waitress with long grey hair . ✌
Ordered online tonight. Arrived waited for 15mins at curbside pickup as sign says to relax and wait. So we did. I watched through window 4 workers in the checkout room just talking looks like including manager.Noticed the car next to us was empty the guy came out with food walked to his car he didn't look happy.So I sent my son in. After 5mins I went in. The computer only allows to charge card if tips. Which I felt wasn't necessary we didn't eat in and no one even knowledged us.They forgot food when I checked the bag cus I had a weird feeling .. so glad I listened to that gut feeling... Asked for sour cream they said it cost. As they never charged when I ate in, in the past. So the manager says he doesn't care I tipped so on sour cream cost.I went home and the food was horrible and the queso was pure watery n greasy with maybe 6 pieces of beans.Will be coming back tomorrow for my complain. If you want your money worth I want my food worth I bought ! I didn't spend money for food that we can't eat

Bartenders both males and females provided very poor services. Racism is everywhere, even by the bartenders. It's unacceptable. Will not come back.
Bad service, server slamming stuff at our table! Felt so unwanted during the whole time!! Will avoid this location again! Horrible environment
