One of the best Teriyakis bowls in southern California. Their teriyaki sauce and hot garlic Chile sauce topped grilled chicken has had me coming here for over 15 years The portions are very generous. It will not disappoint if you like real teriyaki chicken.
Cash onlyPricing was fine. Got a chicken bowl. The rice was good, chicken was ok, veggies were good, the teriyaki sauce was pretty salty. A little heavy handed with the soy sauce I assume. It's mediocre at best, fills the void, but I'd rather go somewhere else.Cash only is archaic for 2022, but the "this is how it is" mentality of this town is to blame.
Unfortunately I was mislead by the good reviews. Bland sauce, bland beef masked by lime, and hard rice. I paid $13.00 to review this place because the food was not edible.

Great teriyaki food. Chicken and beef is tasty with the sauce and I love the noodles. They have vegetarian plates as well as shrimp. All fresh and good with many combo options.

What Restaurants in simi valley asks to pay in cash. Went to the chicken bowl yesterday for my first time. I ordered and told CASH only. They told me that there is a ATM machine right by the door. Why would I draw money out and be charged for a service fee that they probably pocket themselves. I just walked out. Never going back again.
