Chickfila used to be a solid company. They've gone downhill since the decision to skimp and give people tiny ? food portions for nearly 2x the cost of the original:--- 25-50% less food ?--- 100% (2x) more expensive ??? ?They're trying to squeeze out too much profits and it's obvious to anyone observant.--- Me: "Why are you guys now filling up my "large kale salad" ? as if it's smaller than the small box portion? Literally you could easily fit this into the small box with 25% of the room left over."--- Manager: "I mean we weigh each salad porti---"--- Me: "You mean.. they're SUPPOSED to weigh each salad portion to specification... and.. I question what those specifications are.. because I'd imagine you're instructed by corporate to tell the employees to fill each box to only about ½ the size of the box to cut costs due to the rona, and to profit on the high inflation conditions of the country by acting like you also need to jack the prices up when Chick-fil-A is booming in business every single restaurant seeing 100's of customer turnover per day. Daily profits ??? countrywide in the millions. You're not struggling that hard."However, the taste of the food here is good.
Good Chik-fil-A location. They keep the drive-thru line moving quickly. The employees are super friendly. The food is good.My only complaint I that I had forgotten to order something and asked if I could add to my order. The girl taking my payment in the drive-thru line told me that she couldnt add to my order and I would have to park and go inside or mobile order it. I could even order at the window. That's a bit annoying. Otherwise, great location.
We LOVE Chick fil a. Always a go to with the kiddos. Was a little disappointed this time around though with service. Didnt ask us if we wanted sauce and its not a norm for me so we didnt get any... then, I couldn't add a lemonade for my son at the window after a miscommunication with ordering and realizing he didn't get a drink. I was not going to wait all over again in drive through or leave kids in the car for 1 drink. Lucky for him we were headed home where I had his favorite tea, unlucky for chick fil a, lost a sale and made a little boy sad. Food was still delicious as always and we'll be back, eventually.
I went through the drive-thru and I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combo. The young woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was good, but much better when I added the spicy and sweet sriracha sauce. The waffle fries that it comes with are yummy as well.
Market Salad with warm chicken is definitely my favorite option for lunch on a hot day. Sat inside today, Katie at the register did an amazing job taking my order and making sure it was prepared to my specifications. Joel delivered my food with a smile and made sure to ask if I needed anything else. The food is great but the service is always amazing.
Great food, quality, and people. I love eating at Chick-fil-A! Since I don’t eat red meat anymore, I can’t go back to In-N-Out anymore. This is my go to spot! ❤️
They always have friendly staff working the drive through. Food is pretty good too. Worth checking out if you want good food or have never been to a Chick-fil-A before
The girl working the drive through, Jenna, made my day with her kind words. Had a particularly rough day and she brightened my spirits with just a short sweet compliment. The service here is always so personal and friendly; you're not just another car coming through... You're a human being. And on top of the great service, the food is amazing!!! For got to tell them no ice(More ice then drink) ask for crispy Fry's nope chicken sandwich was good. You have to put your own sauce brownie was good
