Awful experience. Service was not bad but definitely not good. Food was absolutely not good.General run down of the evening:Sat down and waited about 10 mins before ourServer came to us. We immediately placed our order. It took 15 mins before bread and water came out after that. Followed by appetizers that came out several minutes later, cold. We sent them back and did not see them along with our meal items and specialty drinks until about 50 or minutes after sitting down at the table. With in 5 minutes of receiving the food we asked the Server for the check and boxes which also took another long amount of time before we finally saw him again.Food reviews:Avocado egg rolls- coldSmashed Avocado Bread- old wilted salad, with avocados that looked slightly brown “smashed” on top of hard cold focaccia bread.Hawaiian pizza- averageDrinks: strawberry mango cooler… awful tastes like a candle and again was not brought out until 30 plus minutes into our meal. Aka 5 minutes before be left.Raspberry lemonade- so tart it was almost undrinkable.Overall not good. We wished we had just eaten elsewhere. Save your money and time and skip eating here.

The food here is really good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I have come here including dates with my husband, it's almost like we are forgotten. Even with a reservation one night we had to wait over an hour to get our food because they seem to be serving everybody else but us. I just went there with a friend and my son for lunch, and my friend's food was forgotten, our server never checked on us, and I always seem to have issues with my rewards as well as my other discounts whenever I come here. So it's nice going out to eat once in awhile and sitting in the shade. But the service here is very very disappointing:(

Great meal as always. We had seven 12 year olds having lunch for my daughters birthday and our server Clarissa was simply AMAZING! She had every kids order and drinks handled perfectly, memorized everyone's drinks and kept them all refillled the entire time. Thank you Clarissa!

I would have at least given them 4 stars because the food was ok. I use to work in customer service so I take it really serious. I saw 4 people standing around in the back doing nothing and no greeting. All 4 looked at me and turned away. I won't say why I feel like they didn't want to help me, but I wont be going back. After 5 mins of waiting finally an Asian girl came out of nowhere and helped.

Service was good. They were overwhelmed and did a very good job working with us, and everybody was very friendly. Unfortunately, they are not very allergy friendly with food options, but the service was good and the workers tried very hard.

Generally very good and dependable. They've changed the menu over time and usually not for the better but for the books. Removed the Morroccan salad for example and then changed the sauce on the tirimisu. Now you need to order a shot of Kaluha to get the taste close to what it was but that gets pricey.

I waited for some time. The order was not ready when I got there and CPK had ample time to prepare. Being understanding I must say, most of the time when picking up you have to wait due to the fact that they always seem busy, so it's not like they are taking their time. The people there are very courteous and apologetic when you finally get your order. They must be doing something right, because they are busy.

As a former employee I’m ashamed to reveal that after years of working for this company not ONCE have I ever gotten my rest period Or a break period/lunch break. ITS THE LAW!!! Restaurants are famous for this practice….And they just wait for class action lawsuits to pay everybody out and then it’s back to business as usual… shame on this big corporation. Don’t believe me ??…ask any server that takes care of you if they’ve gotten a lunch break or rest period. Stop supporting big corporate entities that do not take care of their employees and as a customer you wonder why the service reflects that unfortunately. When you treat your employees like garbage they do the absolute minimum expected of them. You’re welcome :) Also when I worked here they would par cook the chicken and leave it out in a huge rack stacked up… not even refrigerated ….for HOURS on end and usually they left the chicken out right by the dishwashing station FYI. This was EVERY shift lol. Beware

Service was very slow. Staff was clearly working hard and they were very nice, but they were very understaffed. Which resulted in a poor experience and mistakes. The menu was small and the food was just ok. The price seemed high and as hard as I try to give it three stars I just can't.
