Food was great , unfortunately our server Enriuqueta was not !!! She took liked seem forever to bring our order out ... when she did she brought our main dish out first ...she brought carrots & celey bit no dressing !!! Or napkins , we literally had to ask her for everything ? luckily Jewels stepped in & saved the day !!! Bringing napkins correct size left over boxes kuddos to her ...
Pretty disappointed with customer service here. Picked up our to go order and when I got home realized they forgot 1/3 of our order. Called the restaurant and they said yes they forgot to bag it and would have it ready to pick up. Sad though that with all the trouble and time spent to drive back to get food I should've had in the first place and they can't even offer to comp a little extra for the trouble and asked if they could throw in some onion rings for the hassle and got told no. Really would think that if they wanted to make their customers happy and want them to return they might go a little above and beyond...especially with price of gas and everything. And the fact that due to the trouble of going back for the food they forgot the rest of our food was then cold.
These people run around in circles trying to attend every table and please everyone. I didn’t get the service I expected but I did ask what was happening and sure enough my thoughts were in the right place (short staffed because no one wants to work). You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up!

After waiting 20 min for our order to be ready after arriving to the restaurant to pick our food up at the correct time (the app said the food was ready)- there wasn’t even anybody waiting to help at the pick up counter and when a woman finally appeared, she said the wings weren’t ready yet. After finally receiving our order, half the celery they put in our order was brown, wilted and had clearly gone bad (not edible)! My order of 10 boneless honey bbq wings was not that but a bunch of breaded popcorn scraps- I have never had such a horrible display of chicken served to me. I have dined at many Buffalo wings and this location does not live up to the standards of those. What a disorganized mess from the front of staff to the kitchen. Both our orders of potato wedges were dry and over cooked- some of the wedges were what appeared to be just the skin of a potato! Don’t dine here.

Disgusted as a former employee, they allow their YOUNG female employees the clean the mens restroom (specifically the hosts). The management allows this as MALE guests are present within the establishment during business hours. As a “sports bar” there are always intoxicated guests present walking into the restrooms unaware of their surroundings flirting with the female employees as they are cleaning the restrooms; which of course would make the female employees uncomfortable. Us female employees would bring this to the managements attention and they would give us a big “FU.” There we’re never signs provided to us to stop males from coming into restrooms. The management would tell us “this is apart of your job and has to be done in order to be off the clock.” They offered a few times to have a female manager come with us to clean the mens restroom, but as a understaffed restaurant is they never had the time to go. Even though they would send a manager it would still make us uncomfortable. There are plenty of male managers as well as male employees to get this part of the job done. If you ever walk into this specific location and see why all the employees are fed up with working here, this is only one example as to why.
Good spot to stop in for tasty wings, lots of beer selections, mixed drinks, and other bar fare, not to mention sports on many TVs. Friendly service and a good variety of wings, sauces, and non-wing food alike.
Ordered Wild Burger / Buffalo Wild Wings and our order was bad , the potato wedges we orders tasted burnt , they forgot stuff from the orders and made the order wrong. They added a sauce that was so spicy we couldn’t even eat it . Never again
Was waiting for 35 minutes. When told the wait time was 15 to 20 minutes.The workers weren’t on top of their job to seat costumers. Seems like there where messing around. And other people were even waiting. 3 groups of customers including us left. Will never go there again.
Terrible service but what can ya say he said he has only be on the job for five days. Hour and half wait and incorrect order twice. All for them to bring cold food. Can handle the heat in the kitchen stop taking orders. Manager was very rude. I knew a guy that works there and he said they do Waiting games with food. Yes I stilll risked it
