I absolutely loved their chicken kabob platter! Amazing flavor, grilled to perfection, with a good amount of spiciness, (which I personally prefer and love.) I wish that you would come over the hill to the San Fernando Valley, where I could enjoy your good food more often!

I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars the pizza has 0 flavor, very overpriced for mediocre food and the service was terrible. I was the only one in the restaurant and waited 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. I highly recommend going next door to dominos if you want to order pizzas

This place is a hard No No NO for me. They hardly have any games... Like maybe 10 at the most. They had a carousel and a car that my nephew wanted to ride, but it wasn't working. No "out of order" sign on it or anything, so we wasted a bunch of tokens on it. They had a candy machine that had candy that was SO STALE... Like rock hard (and I mean ROCK HARD) tootsie rolls. (Last I checked those are supposed to be soft and chewy.) Makes you wonder how long it's been in there... GROSS. But by far the biggest disappointment for me... Was the fact that there was a pistachio shell baked into our pizza. Glad I noticed it right away, but whoever made the pizza didn't notice it? Nor did the server? That's pretty bad if you ask me. Don't bring your kids here. Take them to Chuck-E-Cheese in Thousand Oaks. Trust me, it's worth the drive if you want to have fun. Can't believe this place is still in business. Only giving one star because I have to in order to post a review. But truly i would give this place ZERO stars if I could.

Food is great! Staff is personable and courteous!! A wonderful family restaurant.

Wonderful place for kids to have fun and enjoy pizza and fries etc while the grownups can relax and have a gourmet meal The food is just delicious I love Big Z a treat for all ages

My son had lost his wallet in Simi Valley, and didn’t realize it until he arrived home in Lancaster. He called the manager of the apartment complex where he thought he may have dropped it, but no one had turned it in. He figured it was gone for good, when minutes later he received a call from a gentleman who said that he had found it, with everything intact, which included credit cards and a large sum of money. It turned out that this wonderful man is the owner of Big Z! He adamantly refused any sort of reward, so my son ordered two large vegetarian pizzas, hummus, and some baklava to bring home. All I can say is that this was some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in a long time. Everything was fresh, with plenty of toppings on the pizza, and the hummus and baklava were subtly unique in a very delightful way. Not only does the owner have incredible integrity, he also runs an establishment that puts out some of the best food of its kind. Thank you, Omar, for setting a wonderful example.

Very basic flavor and not very flavorful and wasn’t impressed by the food. I used to love Big Z as child and doesn’t taste the same.

The owner is great.. the place is awesome. Will come back once they are open completely.

It is my favorite restaurant, the food is tasty and high quality. The prices is so reasonable regardless if it is catering or dining in. I love his special pizza and shawarma.
