We ordered three beef burritos and one Ensalada with chicken. My wife found that a small fly with broken legs on her Ensalada.I showed to store manager but, he didn't want to admit it and rather saying "What do you want"? I felt that he was very rude. I replied " give me my money back". He immediately replied Is that what you want it HUH"? 'Give me your credit card" I replied " I don't need money, I need your apology and make sure pre inspect your food prior to serve to the public." "I will report to Health department" He said " go head whatever you want".This store manager has so bad Attitude and no manner .

So tired of going here and order the simplest thing, steak nachos. No special request, just steak nachos. Instead I got chicken nachos and old melted cheese. I was so mad i was gonna go back but what's the point. Don't want a new plate of food with possible spit. I paid 15 bucks to throw food into the trash. We won't be going back. ??

Must pay tip absolutely or no purchase can be made. Starts at 20%. I guess they do equal work that a restaurant with waiting, hosting and cutlery. ?‍♀️

So ordered food delivery from here through their website. The pico de gallo was rotten. I poured it all over my burrito before I realized it had a bad smell and was carbonated. I understand raw onion from restaurants is a big source of food poisoning. I called the restaurant and they said that they would make a new burrito and I could come pick it up. I wouldn't have paid to have it delivered to begin with if I had wanted to go pick it up. They refused to deliver because they had "nothing to do" with the "third party" delivery service. I didn't order from a 3rd party, I ordered directly from the website. My husband also put the rotten salsa on his burrito. When I explained what had happened, the manager just said, "well what do you want me to do about it?" There was no apology or regret for the fact that they might have just given us food poisoning. They also messed up my burrito order.

The salsa bar is completely empty - no salsa, no cups. The manager says, “We’re pretty busy”. No apology, no promise to take care of it as soon as possible. They were not terribly busy. I come here all the time. The manager tonight is a young guy, in his 20’s or early 30’s, tall, with black hair and glasses. It seems like he would be more suited working behind a computer in a quiet office somewhere. He was not managing things well tonight, at all.

Love the food. The staff is great too.

I've been coming here for 15 years. In my opinion, it's better than other chain Mexican restaurants. They're always consistent with their food quality and taste. I've never had a bad experience in this location. Very nice staff anf clean facilities...

Mostly pleasant personnel, but today this guy was rude.... ruining my 11 am weekend

Save yourself the hassle...?... this place is just okay.......it's not super good -- their food is just sub-standard, ?And the Employee service is very 'Cold and uncaring...This place is clearly obvious that all the employees are extremely miserable .Sharky's in Simi Valley has top tier employees that are very friendly and very sincere with excellent serviceSharky's in Simi has the BEST Chicken Burritos HANDS DOWN ❗???

Good for and service. Great space and lots of table for outdoor dining.
