On our way to the Reagan Library, my husband and I decided to stop for lunch and took a Trip Advisor recommendation. The menu had a wide variety of options and we could tell from the orders coming out of the kitchen that the portions were generous. I got the chicken shawarma salad and it was huge. I ended up having half of it remaining for dinner. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. According to the sign on their window, Ali Baba offers free meals to the less fortunate in the community once a month
Nice place with really good food the staff was very patient as it was my first time there and wanted to know all the different plates, I settled on the chicken shawarma which was good but it is different style than what I was used to but still delicious, it came with rice salad and hummus. Would definitely recommend this place if you like middle eastern food.
We pre-ordered a bunch of food for Mother's Day. They have some great family meal combos. I really appreciated that they were super thorough verifying the order was correct. Everything was perfect. The food was a hit with all the moms.

We love their food.Unfortunately we got a whole rotisserie chicken for $19 and it was dry and extremely salty.If you are charging close to $20 the chicken should be moist and flavorful
The food is great but it can be a bit priceyThe schwarma is incredible and the front desk staff are nice.Overall it's a great spot but you'll most likely drop $100+ for 3 to 4 peopleThe prices are going up to they probably had to raise their prices to compensate.
My cousin and I went there about 2 weeks ago and we were disappointed. I feel the place is over prized. The waiter was very unprofessional, not polite and was dressed like if he was going to the Gym. To make matters worse He ordered me the wrong plate!
Our go to for Mediterranean food! I always order their Shawarma plates all the time. Always fresh and their hummus is so good!
We recently spent five days traveling from LA to Monterey. Our meal at Ali Baba was our best dining experience hands down. We had falafel, shawarma, and baklava. Besides the excellent food, the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful as we debated over what to order. Such a wonderful find on our way up the coast.
