Between the four of us we had the Pork chops, deconstructed rib wellington, fried chicken, and ricotta gnocchi. They all were fabulous and the drinks were strong. I would highly recommend.
Our server, Phil, was phenomenal. The timing of everything was perfection. From the drinks to dessert, everything was SO good. The yellowtail watermelon sashimi was such a good pairing. We had the refreshing Mexi Flowering Squad cocktail, the fried chicken plate was the best I've ever had, and the fried rosemary sprig peering out of the mashed potatoes was to die for. The crust of the key lime pie was unlike any other crust I've had. It wasn't your typical graham cracker crust. It was a nutty, crumbly, not too sweet crust of perfection that made it a dessert of its own. Wow! When I made the reservation, there was a disclaimer that there was a 1.5 hour time limit for parties of 2, however after 2 hours of enjoying ourselves, we never felt pressured or rushed which I really appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience! I got to catch up with my bestie over the best dinner and drinks I've had in a long while. Looking forward to dining here again.
The artistic name of the bistro matches the artistry and delicious flavors of the cuisine. A threesome: vegetarian, vegan, and carnivore found a multitude of savory options. Our waiter/thesbian: Chris was charming and anticipated our every request. Foreseeing a return.
Wine pairing dinner yesterday was too good ?
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in LA.To start we had the oysters and the squid ink calamari. It was perfectly crispy and had great flavor.We also had the eye of the ribeye with lobster ravioli. The steak was truly a medium rare exactly as ordered. The charred crust on a top was delicious with a pepper leaning flavor that pared perfectly with the creamy pink sauce.We also had the lobster mac & cheese which was so tasty. Very lobster forward so order up seafood lovers.
I love the ambiance of this restaurant, super amazing staff. Best fries ever. All of our food was a 10/10 except the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Really recommend the beef wellington.

Delicious and unique food, excellent drinks, and exceptional service! We had: the deconstructed short rib, the shredded duck and scallop dish, butcher’s board, and lobster mac n cheese. All were great! Drink was smoke on the water - beautifully made and very smooth.
Had a lovely time here with parents and girlfriend. Romantic and nice venue but not over the top. Food was so good we didn't take any pictures. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Drinks were good too.We ordered:- Fries-- very tasty and crispy with nice sauces. Wish we got more of that rosemary flavor it promised.- fried mini squash-- one of the best things we ordered. Sauce and ricotta cheese made it.- burrata bread-- to die for.- fresh warm bread-- very tasty but butter and tapenade were a bit disappointing. Would have been nice with oil and vinegar instead.- brussels sprouts- sauce was excellent. Only miss was they needed to be crispy and were not.- fish tacos-- really good and nice portion (comes with three)- jalapeno cocktail-- really tasty!
You might think this would be a fancy LA place with pricey but tiny dishes. Wrong!! I had some of the best and biggest fish tacos ever. And my wife had a huge melt-in-her-mouth short rib. We also tried the lobster Mac ‘n cheese and it was fantastic. Everything was very flavorful with warm vibes. Also discovered Anchor Steam - my new favorite beer.
