Delicious food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. This was my first time trying Greek food and I was blown away by what I've been missing. My partner and I ordered the fried artichoke appetizer and the entree sample platter, which comes with a variety of Greek staples and restaurant specialities. Every single item was flavorful and delicious. My favorites were the spanakopita and the lamb. The moussaka and baked pasta dish were also really good. For dessert we ordered an item whose name I can't pronounce or remember, but it was a baked custard wrapped in filo pastry. It was heavenly.I'm not sure if they have live music every night -- we went on a Friday night -- but the music, combined with people spontaneously getting up and dancing and shouting "opa!," created a fun and lively atmosphere. This is not somewhere you'd want to go for a quiet evening out.Overall it was a wonderful experience and my partner and I look forward to coming back!

Great authentic food. I usually get the Great Greek combo. You get a taste of 4 Greek dished on one plate. Saturday night live music. Great atmosphere.

Great place for family and friends to have fun and dance. Everybody there was super helpful and very attentive to all our needs. They made the night better than what it was!

There was no taste in the food . The food was plain and plan if you plan on ordering the Greek feast don't ... It's not worth your money ?. 60 bucks just to have hummus and fake lasagna. I mean who puts wannabe spaghetti inside a lasagna pasta ... The ground beef meatballs where burned... One of out five a zero but I guess a one

Absolutely the best Greek place in all of LA. Don't get fooled by those rodeo drive Costco knockoffs. This place has amazing Greek food and a proper saganaki with cognac flame; we order it twice every time we make it out. The whole roasted fish is an absolute delight. Their desserts are also exceptional, as is their house wine, service and entertainment. Truly a gem.

The food is very good, tasty, and quite authentic. I had the lamb souvlaki; chunks of real grilled lamb, with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, tsatsiki, all stuffed into a large warmed pita bread. Also a roasted potato and a nice starter salad. Not cheap for a lunch - a lunch menu would bring in more people. Still, the best Greek food I've found in the L.A. area.

If you care more about ambience and service that quality/taste of food then this place is much better than two stars. I personally care alot about the food at a restaurant so I can't let someone else experience what we did at this restaurant. Much like the Greek restaurants in Chicago's greektown I expected great food but the Gyro dish that i ordered was a huge disappointment. For a place of this caliber I expected fresh cut to order gyro meat which was not the case. Instead they brought out pre-cut basically "lunch meat" that looked similar to grilled lamb meat but the taste was non existent. Potatoes were really good, Tzatziki sauce was not that great. It was a good environment and the service was good but once again the food just was not up to par.

Excellent food. Music was a little too loud. Great service

Foods ok, nothing to write home about. burger patty tasted like it was made days before and reheated which to me is a big no no considering the price. other than that no issues ?

I have been a regular at the Great Greek since I moved to California 20+ years ago. The atmosphere is always welcoming and we love coming here.
