Reservation at 8:30pm didn’t get seated until 8:45pm. Got our waters and then no service till 9:10pm. Ordered at 9:15pm with the waiter forgetting we asked for bread. We didn’t receive our bread until 9:20pm and 2 items weren’t available on the menu.Time to cut down the menu because it is way too large for the kitchen. The staff can’t handle high amount of customers at one point because it has been chaotic. The service has been nothing but mediocre. My fettuccine Alfredo comes out and it’s a plate of soup and noodles. There was no salt put in the pasta water so the fettuccine could absorb the sauce. It took longer to come out than any other dish to come out and the manager brought it out and was calling me hun trying to be all nice which made it much worse. Never been to such a poor restaurant experience. I’m surprised they are able to stay open with such a mediocre management team. Writing the review throughout dinner and it just ended now. We asked for 3 boxes to go and he brought boxes for another table and forgot ours. He came back to our table and thought he brought us boxes but he didn’t. The waiter didn’t even apologize at the end for the terrible night and the bill was 100 and we gave a gift card and 5 dollar bill and he thought we wanted to pay with cash first which made zero sense. Our waiter was truly terrible along with the terrible manager and this has been a joke of an experience.
I used to really like this place because of the food. I still have my favorites: Chicken Marsala, Pasta da Vinci, and a couple of others.I was with a big party yesterday and I was not happy with a few items:1) Let's just say I love Chicken Piccata. but the one here had a tangy taste like mustard or thousand island dressing. I, personally, like mine to taste like a creamy lemon sauce.2) Chicken Riesling... sounds good, right? If you like the taste of bacon only, then, yes, by all means get it. It was literally bacon tasting chicken. I couldn't taste the Riesling at all! Another disappointment3) Tiramisu. I love tiramisu and I've had many versions because I really love the mascarpone, the cocoa, and the coffee liqueur combo. CF's version of this classic has a custard (more like pudding) that tastes of banana. So, of course, that banana taste really overpowered the whole thing for me.4) Lastly, the alcoholic beverages I had were extremely sweet (mojitos, margaritas, Long Island)Not happy after all that...my party never complained since it was a birthday party. Bill came to almost $500
Service here was phenomenal and they were even generous with the bread and butter. Best bread and butter hands down
Waitress was horrible! Not personable at all. Was there on Wednesday 2/16/22 in the afternoon. I still left a generous tip because times are hard. I just wish my experience was better. But food was good.
I love this place because it has such a wide variety of food to eat. The chicken Costoletta is my all time favorite. I try to get something new but always seem to keep going back to this dish. The bread they serve as an appetizer is also one of the reasons why I go here.

I ordered their Godiva dark chocolate cheesecake for my friends birthday. They said it’ll be a frozen cake which I was ok with and I purchased it. When we opened up the cake at the party it was all cracked up like a dry land. I wish I had opened the box and checked it before purchasing. Make sure to check your cakes before purchasing from here. Had a bad experience at this location.
We had to sit outside because we do not have vaccination cards. Because we are from Florida and Florida does not require idiot things. Germs are spread by touching your face and touching items. The waitress was very sweet. And the hostess that found us a place to sit was very sweet.
Went today on 12.21.21, Rolo is such a kind and very friendly guy, Americana burger is the bomb
