This place is SO NICE, quaint, and affordable.Had such a great dinner here last night, I’d post more photos but they were blurry. This place looks simple from the outside but it’s super nice inside. My rolls were delicious, the service was fast. A new favorite spot in the valley! I’ll be coming back with friends

One of the best sushi restaurants in LA. Great customer service combined with very well prepared and presented sushi. The crispy rice sushi roll is a great treat; must order one of those. The Nigiri sushi is excellent. We had tuna, halibut, salmon and seabream and liked yellow tailed tuna and seabream the best. This place is slightly better than Sugar Fish. Parking is easily available on the street. We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated quickly although I should say we went there early as soon as service opened. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent reception with a wonderful rose wine and the sushi was incredible, bathe sake exquisite and the Chef and staff were very friendly. The restaurant itself, very cute/warm and cozy ? the most expensive personal meal for me at $220 but we'll worth it ???

My wife and I visited sushi note for the 1st time last night it was one of the best sushi I ever had highly recognized highly and definitely we will go back again

Came here with a couple friends and we all did the full omakase. It was the BEST sushi I've ever had. I wish I could eat the fatty toro and yuzu sorbet all day. Some of the sushi was a bit salty for my taste, but I know I can be sensitive to salt and should have mentioned it to the sushi chef. Overall an amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing sushi. I will say it's only 4 stars because of the price (we got the half note). The wine is a bit too high to enjoy both per glass and bottle, and we left still a bit hungry...which given the cost is not great. I would come again though because those bites of each fish were amazing.

Awesome little place. All of the staff are very friendly. The food is excellent. Would definitely reccomend or come back for special occasions or as a treat every now and then. It is expensive.

Small and more formal sushi restaurant. Definitely try the biscotti. Unique take and was surprised hit of table.

ate there couple nights ago, and aside from excellent sushi, it has nothing to recommend it. poor service, attitude, pretension, and lousy outdoor dirty noisy sidewalk within 1ft of parked cars and busy street that they call a patio. All daily specials are not priced. Waitstaff goes to ask, comes back with price, then after ordering it returns with a higher price. THey need management and come off the high horse. If this was podunk, there'd be no choice, but in LA there are so many more pleasant equally excellent sushi restaurants.

After visiting Tokyo and dining with Chef Yasuda, we never thought we would have an experience like that again, Sushi Note comes really, really close. You feel as if you are in Japan, the quality of the food, the presentation, and especially the conversion with the head chef was completely worth the price. Get a seat at the sushi bar, order the Omakase and enjoy!
