I love this Subway. The gentleman and woman that work there are always very kind and helpful. I went to the Subway on Van Nuys and they did not accept my free coupon. So I went to this Sherman Oaks Subway and they were very kind and helped me get what I needed. Best Subway in town for sure!
Dirtiest subway I’ve ever been to. Employee was wearing a dirty grey shirt (not a subway uniform). Yuck!! If they treat the store and their personal hygiene this way I can’t believe they are practicing good food safety. No thank you!

Got a pastrami today and it was just not tasty, at all...??I was so surprised, because, usually the sandwiches are good ?

Went today their. While I was standing waiting to start order food. I notice the employee she was touching the meat by her hands with no gloves at all. She was grabbing the meat from the basket and throw it in the bar basket with her own hand with no gloves at all she was touching people food ! When I asked her the reason why she was not wearing gloves. She told me we do that when the food is cold ? I told her Sorry but the answer doesn't make any sense at all. Then she told me Sorry for that! Really ? I end up leaving the store without ordering and told them that I am going to leave a review to let people know what kind of health issue that this store has
