I came here for lunch today with my parents (3) and there was 1 other couple there... tell me why they have at least 3 employees in the front and only 2 parties yet the lady taking orders STILL messed up my to go order 2x. Idk what's happening to the quality ? shiraz was once bustling but those days are gone with the quality of these employees ?
I highly recommend this restaurant. Quality of service, food and restaurants environment are awesome. Nice and polite staffs with high quality, delicious foods. You can find any type of Persian food you imagine there. We will back again!
Went there with family today. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. All food was excellent, including dessert.
We went there with family 7 of us, horrible service and rip offs, there was noone eating there, we were the only table, they never came back to ask if we need more drinks or something, we ended up paying $700 dollars and even though we tipped the guy after the bill was paid and all when we were leaving he asked us again for tip!!!! Unfreakingbeleivable..... and the food wasn't even that good. Will never return
I love the juicy tender chicken, fabulous food, big portion and lovely taste!!!
My family ordered rice chicken and salad and first the texture of the chicken was very strange and the flavor was horrible. And then in the salad there was a whole family of slugs in the bottom of the salad this was the most disgusting experience ever! Do not eat here food is most likely contaminated.
The food and the service was excellent. We went for our company Christmas party and boy do they know how to show you a good time. We literally had the place to ourselves!
Great food and service but thanks to CA strict covid mandates there were only one other person in the restaurant.
I just ordered a kobideh kebab with rice and a chicken with bone. Taste was so bad, I throw the whole foot to the garbage can.The ground meet was not cooked properly and taste really awful.I know the owner “Essi”and I think he is not supervising his quality of the food anymore. I am very surprised.
We will never ever step into this place again, THE PRICES ARE CRAZY AND HIGH ALSO THE RUDE AND UNPLASENT MEN WOICH HE WORKING THERE FORC ME TO PAY SERVICE CHARGE, HE POINTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT (SAID SUGGESTED TIPS) TO PAY 20%, the funny part is on the receipt said tips but he told me everybody paying service charge " and you have to pay too" I paid $150 and walk out very bad experience, I feel like I'm being ripped off,
