The food quality was poor and most was ill prepared. Service was ok, a bit hit or miss throughout

Very good food and service! Noisy on the patio with sirens and motorcycles going by a lot. Don't know what was going on.

Both the food and service were wonderful. Will definitely be going back.

They tried but 50% of the food missed the mark Will give it another shot since the service was fabulous

I got the new Bao Pork buns as an appetizer which were pretty good with the exception of a cold/stale like bao bun. For my meal I got a regular cheeseburger add bacon, that was terrible! Over salted and the bun was (again) stale …the cheese wasn’t even melted. The best thing I had was the side of fries (which were typical fries - nothing special). I don’t remember this place being this bad, not sure what happened but definitely won’t be returning anytime soon

Easy burger/pub style food. At first we waited quite a bit before the server came to our table but then things sped up and the server got the kids food out ASAP.

The food was very good, lots of choices. The staff was excellent! The environment was fun but not noisy. We were able to discuss business in a casual place.

They are coming out of the pandemic with a new menu. Focused on apps, burgers, a few sandwiches and gastro-pubby pizza. Burgers done nicely. Good beer and wine choices. Will go back.

First time coming to this location, have also been to the Culver City location. The food here is pretty good. The bacon cheddar tots are delicious, but we only got like 6, which definitely wasn't enough to share for 4 people. I'm usually a meat person, but I tried the spicy citrus cauliflower bowl, which was pretty good. Wasn't really that spicy, but it was still tasty and was a good portion of food. I had a PB&J old fashioned to drink, which was good, but the "jelly" part of the PB&J was very difficult to detect. The aesthetic is fun, but they could definitely lean more into the classroom vibe. Looking at old pictures of the menu, it seems like it used to be a bit more creative (menu looked like a notebook, had multiple choice options along the side, etc).

We visited this restaurant 5/6/2022 and our experience here was so bad we didn't stay any longer than 20mins.We stood at the hostess stand for 10 mins. In that 10mins two waiters LITERALLY walked right past us to put menus back and didn't even acknowledge us. In fact, the waiter in the photo walked past us twice! They didn't say "Hello" , "Be right with you", NOTHING! Finally after 10 minutes and my husband walked to the bar to ask for someone to seat us we were finally acknowledged and sat at probably the worst seat in the house, next to the patio door they very often use and the table was sticky and wobbly. Mind you I am THE ONLY BLACK person in the restaurant and I kind-of felt like we were being discarded. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and sat there without making a scene.5 mins go by... no service. We try waving one of the MANY waiters down to at least get a better table but they were moving so fast. Finally after hitting our 8 min mark, I got up from the table to look for the manger, Troy.I finally found him, told him my concerns without attacking him or raising my voice and all he had to say was "Okay". There was no apology, no explanation, YET AGAIN NOTHING!My husband ended up chiming in and simply said "If we're going to be treated this way, we don't need to eat here." Troy then responded with the most unprofessional response ever.."Okay bye".DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY CLEARLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. INSTEAD THEY'RE IN THE BUSINESS OF INSULATING CUSTOMERS. TRY BLUE DOG UP THE STREET, THEY ARE WAY NICER.
