The sausage stuffed crust pizza was dry, hardly any tomato paste & no flavor taste. The pepperoni was a bit okay .And the fries were overcooked, and not soft enough. So basically it was garbage ?. And it's sad because I've been here for a couple of years and this is the first bad food experience I've encountered at this establishment. Make it right Pizza Hut . ?
It’s ordering Pizza Right? Well here’s the thing, Smiley made it feel like it wasn’t. I placed an order on the app, on my email confirmation it was a delivery, but in their system it showed as a carryout. Granted this locations is really just around the corner, I was busy with Mom duties. The order seemed like it was taking too long, I called in and Smiley fixed it and even made a brand new pizza so it could be fresh and it absolutely was made to perfection, making it not just Pizza. Thanks Smiley for providing outstanding service, A+!!!!
Couldn’t pick up on time as Cinnabon was burnt when I got there, they made a new one and it burned yet again. I continued to wait for a third batch. About 30 mins later I was given a fourth batch which I also discovered burnt when I got home. Also, while I waited I noticed my pizza out in the open. When I was handed the pizza it was cold which I mentioned to the associate. He just responded he could remake it which would cause me to wait another 15 mins. Obviously opted out of that. Overall disappointment. If you aren’t able to cook Cinnabon just don’t offer it.
I ordered a medium cheese pizza. There was hardly any marinara sauce and the pieces were cut unevenly.
I have been going to the S.O. Location for a long time. I purchased a pizza an chicken pieces. I wanted to use my $20.00 credit from a while back (can use anytime) but for some reason the female employee said she didn’t see it in her computer. I haven’t been back to PH since then due to being debilitated from a medical issue. So now I have to go back thru all of this w they’re corporate office. Just what I feellike doing!! I wrote all info back whenThis happened- good thing I did!!This location called me back when it happened confirming I had this credit to use when I am ready. Sloppy record keeping at S. O.PS: to Corporate, thank you for offering a GF pizza. Would be nice if available in medium size and toppings of one’s choice.

Pizza was ready in the time stated on the confirmation, cooked perfectly, and the toppings tasted fresh.
I order on line and it is a night mare to try to bring up my last order and information in order to reorder my usual pizza order. You no longer send me new deals or information so its not easy to just get on line to order.
Update: ordered extra sauce and the problem is solved… So, great pizza… Great customer serviceThis Is the second time I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and it hardly had any sauce on it…
The younger girl working tonight was so unpleasant on the phone and in person. Also, she went from being on and touching her phone to touching machinery to handling the food- all with NO GLOVES. ? yuck
