????I tried ordering by phone but I didn't know the pizza topping and when I asked the lady hanged up on me.
Came in on Monday December 20th 2021at 8:30pm, the 2 guys behind the counter have terrible customer service. I placed my order with the guy wearing beanie, he charged me and started making pizza without washing hands, so unsanitary specially during covid. Never coming back to this location. Beware.
I was calling In for a home delivery and the person that answered the phone gave really bad attitude, to be a very famous pizza place they need to hire more friendly staff , guy that answered phone said “this is Sherman oaks you need to call your van nuys store “ if you google papa Johns it clearly said this store was the van nuys store location.. anyways guy was very rude on telling to call the other store please change your staff and get more friendly staff by the way this was today 09/25/21 at 7:30 pm
I was going to go but when I called I was put on hold for 14 minutes so I hung up and went to One Hawaiian BBQ instead.

I love Papa Johns pizza! This is my location I've been using for many years now and I've never had a bad experience. The boss is very personable and makes sure your food is satisfactory.
