I’m always in there but last time call them before coming they said get order before 11:45pm i was there at 11:40 and she said (her name is seire) no accept my order and she was so rude and I talked to the guy he accepted my order ! but she said u can’t eat dine in ! just to go but i was with my friends they gave dine in order but she served my food to go box!! as a same time ?? poor customer service as a assistant manager !!
We ate at this restaurant a couple of years ago and were blown away with the fresh and tasty pizza, delicious salad and awesome dessert, all experienced in a really cool vibey space. Now, the place is starting to show its age, its food wasn't as good as it was, and there is a bit of grubbiness to the whole experience that left us wanting. The food is still a good value, but it definitely doesn't seem to be as carefully prepared - the salad had wilted lettuce and the dressing was nearly non-existent. The plates were heavily scratched and as a result didn't look clean. The tables were pretty filthy outside and the whole place seemed pretty grubby. Too bad, because when we visited before we couldn't wait to come back. I think this place still serves a good pie, but I think next time we would get it to take out and skip the salads... its just not as clean and nice a place as it once was...
Insanely delicious pizza. The sauce and cheeses tasted fresh and although they aren't too generous on the toppings, I felt my pizza was just right. Pair the great tasting food with the cool look and vibe of the place and you have one of the better pizza spots in Sherman Oaks
I used to come here all the time and had great experiences. Today we walked in the place was FILTHY. No one said hello. We ordered and paid. I ordered 2 peach Bellinis which were served to us half filled. As my husband and I were waiting we found a table to sit at outside. The top of the table was so sticky and as I looked around at how dirty the place was I couldn’t even stomach to eat there. We got up and left and went down to “on the thirty” where we had a great CLEAN experience! Paid $64 just to leave LOL I’d recommend some deep cleaning in your near future and some employees with customer service skills. That might help business as well. It was extremely dead when I was there.
This was my first time going here and I loved it. The atmosphere and ambiance is so welcoming and modern, and the food is delicious!! You can see them making everything from scratch and that wood fire pizza oven is a game changer! We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the double pepperoni pizza. The crust was the perfect thickness and wasn't greasy or heavy. The staff are also so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
The place let’s homeless smoke and drink at the tables. The eating area is unkept and dirty. Gross. The wait staff asks for tips. The food is okay but the atmosphere is trash.
Unfortunately I’m disappointed about the pizza.Atmosphere was 5 stars and food is 1 star. Average is 3. In appearance it looks good and they have 2 huge oven but the pizza is tasteless. No flavor at all in the sauce, mushroom, even onion. My pizza and everyone else’s was burnt (black around the edges and at the bottom. You know that once something is burnt even a little bit it completely overtakes the flavor of anything else. Hours later I can’t still taste the burnt pizza. I’ll never eat there again.
My pizza was fantastic but my better half said her pizza barely had any salt. Kinda odd but I'm ready to let it go as a one off! Stunning place though!
The taste of the pizza does not outweigh the amount of time you will be waiting for it. Do not recommend unless you have a free hour to kill.
I love the ambiance and the feel of this place it’s great. I also like the pizza but my one complaint is that it takes a long time to get and the gluten free crust is pretty thin. But great for kids and date night for a simple nigh with the wife.
