The place is just awful all the way around. The manager does not have it running like a normal Menchie’s. Quality is absolutely horrendous. To top of it they sprinkle in terrible service with low quality yogurt. They should close this one. There is something seriously wrong at the Sherman oaks location. If you like Menchie’s go toThe one in encino. The manager just does not Carr and it’s obvious that carelessness tries down into the staff. Stay away fromThis one
I ordered pistachio and chocolate with moochi and mango boba. I didn't get no chocolate and the pistachio doesn't even taste like pistachios, the moochi taste like perfume. I was really disappointed.
I admire this restaurant! They prepare decent food, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I like a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the clients is very good too. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend this place.
