I use the app to order after working out at twice if not three times a week. At least once a week when I try to use the curbside pick up service, it doesn't work. A notice appears telling me there was an issue and I have to come in to pick up the order. This has been going on for months. Yesterday I went in and the staff member looked up and found my order (a normal occurrence). He gave me two cups for soda and told me i had to pay even though I used a credit card saved in the app after placing the order. I didn't have my card with me since I left it in my car. I gave him the cups back and left. Never had this issue at any other location. I'm done with this place.Note: the general staff I've had contact with has been pleasant, but the owner or manager can't get the tech to work.
Great McDonald's experience. Ordering was easy at the kiosk, the dining room was clean, and the team members were very nice!

My girl likes the breakfast at McDonald's but I'm not that much of a breakfast guy I'm over two cheeseburger combo because the meat cheese to bread ratio is on point
Nice staff nice and clean place they would only take cash at the counter and then you had to use your ATM card at another kiosk food was horrible as usual barely edible

Really great cleaning man and retail sales girl. Super kind. I spilled my drink and they begged me not to mop it. I at least put a be careful you might slip sign that was there and the service was amazing and super clean, no drama. Even though they had a huge drive-through line and a couple of customers they still maintained their professionalism and consistency and I’m pretty sure everybody that works here deserves kudos they were just so sweet and kind way different than Englewood and all the other locations where people have major attitude at McDonald’s
The team working at night is really awful, they don’t understand the order don’t press the Diet Coke sign on the cup and then argue about it saying to me to guess which coke was the diet or regular instead of just making a new one directly when I asked nicely for it and not arguing 2min to obtain a new drink.Just do your job correctly even if your shift ends in15min.
The quarter pounder was unfortunately cold. Coffee and sausage egg McMuffin were good. Nice staff!
Is best fries in all of LA county. Don't take my word for experience it yourself. ?
