This particular KFC has been renovated and looks much better than before. The girl at the window was nice but kept getting our drinks wrong. Maybe she was working alone. Not sure. Also, she said that she didn't have enough original recipe to give me 3 pieces instead of giving me the option to wait for them. She only said that I would have to have a mix of crispy and original. I received one original and 2 crispy. Ugh!
Only if Colonel Sanders was alive to see this.I went there yesterday to make an order of the menue and noticed same thing I buy in LA area here at this location is about 30% yes freaking 30% more expensive and this is a regular menue item not a special or sale item.I asked aren't the prices all the same and the guy said NO... All locations set their own price. And I was like was atAnd same think I Burbank location I went there once with coupons and they wouldn't honor it. Come on kfc your a franchise and you should set same menue and price and all should honor the darn coupon. No wonder more and more locations are closing and converting to Starbucks. Cause after all these decades, you can't get this simple thing right which is a 101 of any business, keep everything the same and uniformed.If i were you ( consumer) take your money and go to popyes...you get more for your money....or better yet...even Ralph's grocery store has a better fried chicken for half the price.
It's definitely hit or miss for me. We had great chicken and service here in the past hence the 4 stars. This time all 3 of us ended up with (tummy problems) I got a feeling the chicken might have been undercooked because the skin wasn't extra crispy. I'd be willing to give them another shot but the family says no more KFC from there anymore. Good luck and double check your chicken before eating it.
Always a place for good fried chicken. Location is clean and food was freshly cooked. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Surprisingly good KFC. Fast service, and this one has a drive thru. Tried the beyond chicken, it was exactly what a chicken nugget should be lol
Wanted to try KFCs new Beyond Chicken nuggets. They are edible, but would I order them again? No. There is just no relationship to chicken, neither in texture nor taste. Bland and rubbery.
Unhealthy junk food obviously... However, the level of food quality here is even worse than typical junk foods in the US. I do not recommend eating here unless you are running out of options.
Cleanest KFC I have ever seen.Great customer service with very convenient parking.Highly recommended if you love KFC.

I don't know whether ldk the chickens are on steroids or not but the size of their their chicken are very small
