Wonderful to enjoy again after several years in the Midwest! Best fast food burger, fries, & shake!
One of the better fast food burgers I've eaten. Only negative was the lines were out the door and drive-thru was a the way down the street. Also 10pm on a Saturday brings in the young adult crowd who seem to have had a problem with my family wearing a mask. Everyone is entitled to their option but don't be a jerk, you don't know my medical conditions and I don't appreciate being judged for protecting my health.
This was my first time at an In-N-Out Burger, pretty average fast food, nothing special. I would definitely go back and try it again.I was very impressed with how fast everybody was working behind the counter. The store was extremely busy long lines in the Drive-Thru and tons of people inside and the staff behind the counter was crushing it, they didn't have any problems at all keeping up.
In n out is very clean and the manager there is cool. I saw him take on a customer that was very upset. The person that rang her screwed up her order. To the cashiers defense the lady placed a huge order w instructions on nearly all of them. The manager quickly acknowledged the mistake and did his best to satisfy the customer. Very well collected young man. I wish I would have asked his name. It happened around 1:10pm.
Great crew members and pretty clean. The only issue is how crowded it gets. But I have learned that the more crowded the place is the better the food and crew and cleanliness is. And that's all that matters really, right? Make sure you have time to spare if you decide to visit this establishment.
I love In n Out but I got a very sweet shake bcz of the big amount of syrup. I drank it with water.

Okay-HONESTLY WTH???!!!Walked in February 2022-Customers not wearing masks, these are not dining customers, these customers are taking it to go.I talked to the young manager-He admitted that he should do better about mandates regarding customers wearing their masks inside…NOT COOL.(And- no one checking vaccination status.)
Great food and drinks, very pleasant service.
I have never been disappointed. SERVICE AWESOME! Lines might seem long but move quickly. Food always comes the way I order it. ?
