Gyu-Kaku never disappoints! The menu is regularly refreshed without ever dropping any of the delicious favorites. Broccoli, spicy cabbage and kimchi were all tasty. I recommend the umakara pork and the spicy shrimp! Make sure to save room for dessert. The sâmores are a fun way to end a meal.
Jamey was our sever. We usually have Matthew who is awesome but loved Jamey as well. Perfect smile and reccommended things that we loved. Jamey is 5 stars!
Always a consistently fantastic date night dinner experience at Gyu!
I usually have a great time at gyukaku, wish I could say the same for last night. I get the feeling something must have been going terribly wrong because my service was slow, inconsiderate and the food mediocre. One issue is they always run out of cherry tomatoes, they really should let you know before you order a salad instead of bringing out an incomplete salad and continue to charge full price for it. Itâs almost like they hoped I wouldnât notice that a avocado cucumber and tomato salad was missing tomatoes. Also, the avocado was brown and the lettuce wilted. The dessert tasted like microwaved dry cakes with a scoop of ice cream, not freshly made. All in all itâs an ok place to take kids, but I wouldnât go here with adult friends.
The food and service is always excellent! A great date night spot.
I always love coming here. You never have to wait long for your food, mostly because you cook it yourself aha! But regardless they are always nice and clean. Food is great. I will be back, soon I hope!
We were celebrating my teenagersâs birthday with friends. The food was typical Gyu-Kaku not terrible but nothing incredible but their service leaves much to be desired. We were left fending for ourselves for most of the evening. Even when we tried to flag down the servers their eyes just werenât looking this way. Had to get up and get extra napkins and chopsticks ourselves. Overcrowded table with no more room to put any food so we just had to start putting empty plates to an empty table nextdoor. We went early, at 5pm so itâs not like they were bombarded with customers. This is why we rarely go to Gyukaku and always prefer Manpuku. The only thing Gyu-Kaku got something going for them is the price.
Always a great experience, great food, great service.
Waitress did not make this dinner memorable. She was forgetful and had to ask several times for things.
This place never disappoints been coming here for years and stopped during the pandemic because I wasn’t about masks and the monkey show that was going on. Came in today and nothing has changed same great tasting food if not better I don’t know if it’s just been a while or the food just got better
