Either the drive-thru is closed or the dine in is closed. They need to keep both open. They need more workers who are efficient and can get the drive-thru line moving faster. It always takes forever to get through.
Good, clean, tasty chicken but disappointed broccoli side no longer includes cauliflower and carrots.
This place is always busy but the line can literally go out on riverside drive but they always have wing lovers legs lovers they often run out of beans however but overall wonderful
Came here at the busiest of times, line out the door and drive thru packed. Tremendously professional team. Food was delicious and recommend any el pollo loco, but this one is a gem among their stores.
I honestly was so impressed with the service and food here at this location that I had to write a positive review. I hadn’t gone to El Pollo Loco in ages but had always enjoyed their meals. I was a bit skeptical with some of the reviews and the long line I noticed, however, there was nothing else open so I decided to stay. I was blown away at how well the team worked together and got the orders done expeditiously! There had the a line of 10 cars at the drive through and 7 people in front of me inside but the staff was super organized, professional and friendly! More impressively was the fact that they were all teenagers working there, so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism!
One of the much better locations around, but for the last couple of months, has been Drive-Thru only...maybe they're remodeling, I am not sure. Overall good location and pretty quick drive-through.
Really good Mexican chicken what else can I say? Place is kept fairly clean and the staff are very nice!
I haven't been to El Pollo loco in forever, but the Keto Burrito was recommended to me. I'm so glad I went because this thing was so good! It tasted very fresh. Not too much sauce or cheese. Tons of chicken avocado and lettuce. It made for a refreshing lunch and I would totally order it again.
The worse. Never go there again or to that location. 25 minutes waiting line drive thru.When I get to the window they were out white chicken for the familia dinner mix, and they charge the same. I love pollo loco, buy these location is terrible. Give one star because you need to give one. But they deserve 0 .
