When I made my order online, I asked for carside delivery, and even though I updated my status online that I was there, no one came. After 10 mins, I called and they said it was marked as curbside pickup. I wouldn't mind coming in to get it except it's nearly impossible to park in the front and the entrance from the back parking lot is for employees only with an entry code and everything. Doesn't make sense. Pizza was fine, but I suggest they figure out how they expect customers to physically get their order.
Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and received a cheese pizza with no sauce at all. Don't know how that happens. Called the store, no one picked up. Got transfered to Customer service only to be thrown on hold to listen to what sounded like someone power washing dishes and machines screeching or something. Great CS tactic to make someone hang up instead of having to talk.
I had a bad experience for the first time at this branch and was very disappointed.After submitting a complaint I was surprised the manager called a few days later and made the situation right. This branch has very good customer service and I appreciate them rectifying a bad night.
This is the best Domino's in the valley, or at least in my area. The food is always high quality, employees are always very nice and I never have to worry about my order being wrong or not done well. I used to drive to Encino for my pickup, but Encino messed up my orders a couple of time and the food wasn't that good. The only downside to the Van Nuys location is that parking is challenging sometimes. Other than that this Domino's gets two big thumbs up and five stars.
This location needs to fire delivery driver, Saeed. The man complains every single time he delivers to an apartment complex. He expects the customer to leave their residence, and meet in the front of the building to retrieve the pizza. Isn’t the entire point of having pizza delivered to enjoy the convenience of not having to leave your home? We pay a pricy delivery fee with a tip. Every other driver before him never had a problem.
Everytime I order pizza from here is very delicious. Wow so fresh my kids really love eaten pizza . The staff is amazing

My son and I come every Friday when he gets off work, Friday is pizza night! The entire crew is wonderful; we have been doing this for about 2 and a half years and have always been treated well. The employees know us and are very friendly yet on point (even as the staff changes). The pizza and pastas are tasty and consistent, we order upon arrival and the wait time is consistent, too. (If you come in and order it is about 15-20 minutes, I mean, come on, they have to make it, be patient, people!) Shot out to Kelvin, thanks for taking the time to make sure our orders are right and for your patience and professionalism. This Dominos rocks!
I really love this Domino's store. They always haveMy order hot and ready. I never have to wait when I go pick it up. Delivery is always fast. Everyone is always friendly. Everytime I crave pizza, Domino's is my first choice. Thank you to everyone that works in this store!
I always experience a great interaction whether I have food delivered or picked up. It's always easy, fast and I've always been treated nicely. When delivered the delivery team is always very nice. I'm always happy to go down and open the gate if need be. Kudos to the dominos team! Keep up the good work. ?
