I got the slider plate for 15$ and I can say by far that was the worst 15 dollars I spent on some food. I don’t usually do reviews & most definitely talk bad about them but I just had too because it really just didn’t give what It was supposed to gave ?

Worst hot chicken in LA. Threw it out.
Took forever to get my meal when it wasn’t busy at all. When I got my order my bread was soggy to the point where I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich. The chicken it self was all torn apart and it was the wrong heat I asked for. I asked for my money back politely and he refused and was trying to give me extra chicken tenders instead. I declined and he said he’d only remake it, I agreed. When I got the new order it was less messy but didn’t taste good at all again I asked for no heat and both sandwiches were spicy. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Definitely not worth your money.
WORST SERVICE EVER! They got my order wrong, I then politely said asked for my original order. I was then yet to face the cashier arguing and yelling at me saying I was the one who was wrong. After 1 min of arguing with him he agreed to remake my order and said it will take another 10 minutes, I didn’t have time to wait another 10 minutes. I told him politely again that I would rather have my money back and not get my original order. He started arguing and yelling at me again and refused to give my money back and demanded me to wait the 10 minutes. I decided to wait the 10 minutes since he wasn’t going to pay me back. I politely told him that if he wasn’t going to give my money back, then he needed to charge me for the right order I placed. He rudely gave me two dollars back and made many side comments toward me. I soon got my correct order and was astonished of how nasty the food was; no flavor what’s so ever. Not worth your money.

My sandwich was cold in the middle and I asked politely if they could make another one or recook it .. the three guys working today had attitudes and blamed the coleslaw as the reason for the inside of the chicken being cold.. I’ve worked in the food industry for 17 years and I have never heard of such a poor excuse! I’ve had chicken sliders at my restaurant with slaw and they never made the inside of the chicken cold lol!!! I had to go back and forth about a sandwich!?? I asked soooo are you going to remake it or just give me my money back it shouldn’t take 5 mins of debate to get a sandwich fixed that I paid for !! The second sandwich I received was hot but tasted awful and rubbery.. the guy In front of me looked at my expression and said omg I feel the same way it tastes so wet and rubbery and nasty. Get better product! Re train for better customer service! Never eating here AGAIN!
Chicken is overcooked and lacked flavor, coleslaw and fries are okay, a good attempt at being Dave’s Hot chicken but keep in mind, this is NOT Dave’s even though the menu is an exact copy
