This is the closest chipotle to us, and it was fine for a couple times. But the last two orders we placed on GrubHub/Uber Eats were just terrible. The steak was overcooked and dry, and the proportions were off on everything else. And they got our order wrong this last time. Avoid this Chipotle for online ordering. We may try again in person since they use a separate set of food.
Can I give it 1,000 stars because this was better then any burrito I had in my life ! I am so grateful to have been apart this experience, this location went beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I drove all the way from Westlake to this part of town ! My expectations were blown away !
Ordered there three times. Every single time they mess up our order. First two times they folded our burritos like a taco. When we got home to eat it, both burritos fell apart and made a huge mess.Second time same thing happened. When I asked for them to be rewrapped they were incredibly rude about it.This most recent time, they gave us the wrong drinks. As a food industry worker, I’m usually really understanding. But the fact that they haven’t once gotten my order done properly is unacceptable. Especially when they’re rude about it
horrible experience. I have been a customer for a long time, really love the food there, but be careful when ordering online, as they are disorganized and gave me someone else’s food. It was a pick up so I didn’t noticed it was wrong until I got home, but took the time to go back and get it replaced. I told the same guy that prepared it the first time and he started preparing a new one just to give me the wrong order again. I asked for a manager and she brushed me off and walk away stating that their system is never wrong, and that they just follow the order. She didn’t even asked me for the order to look at it or apologize, in fact nobody apologize, terrible service, and they expect customers to come back again, haha, good luck. Bye Chipotle on Ventura.
Good flavors, but food was very oily. Kind staff and nice interior.
Their doors have about hundreds of sweaty finger prints all over them as though they haven’t been cleaned in months, makes the whole place feel dirty as a whole.
This location used to be great but has gone downhill in the last year. They are constantly out of ingredients, mess up online orders and have subpar customer service.
We went to get salads. They were out of lettuce. Also out of salad dressing, which they didn't tell us until after they made the salads. Very frustrating

Your average Chipotle, usually a line, get the ingredients that have been most recently made and you're good!
