They have the rudest cashier's because I don't speak Spanish she gives me attitude ...and when I ask her for 2 salsas again attitude...the overpriced burrito was nothing but rice and beans no meat ...u get better food and a polite cashier from a cater truck ...this place is no good ..this will be my last time I go there...if this place was in the hood it would go bankrupt in a month ..
The food was terribly salty. I asked for sauce and lime but did not get any. I only ate because I was hungry but threw away half (was hard to keep eating). I definitely won't come back here again. Customer service is also lagging. Staff is very rude. Being LA, there are better mexican spots. To those considering buying, don't. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Superb asada wet burritos and hard shell tacos. Another great Mexican spot in the valley.
If you want to eat from this place, it's excellent when you you go to eat or carry out. I strongly suggest you avoid ordering from them via uber eats or postmates... I've ALWAYS gotten delicious hot food from this location when I sat down and ate there. I have NO idea what's going on when a food courier gets put in the mix. Twice the food has arrived cold and unpleasant. This is NOT the fault of the restaurant. I've reached out to both delivery services I've used and they seemingly don't care in the slightest about how they perform. Which is a huge problem for the restaurant. I would highly suggest that this gets looked into. There's no excuse for food with no warmth that's less than 3 miles away.
Wow I really love this place. Their rice and beans burritos are great. I love the chicken burrito it taste so good. The staff is super friendly. The horchata is so refreshing on summer and the flavor is amazing.
I definitely like they have some good vegan options here. Some things like the tofu ranchero are questionable as far as freshness at times....but this is one of the most affordable taqueria's in the mission. I mean you can walk out of here with the veggie burrito that's pretty loaded up for like $6...it's pretty crazy. The salsa bar is a great addition, and the salsa Verde continues to reign supreme here. Although things are not always the cleanest, or most consistent I think it deserves a solid 4 stars for being a classic SF spot that you can load up on for relatively cheap.
Delicious burrito, big & flavorful!
One goes inside and orders at the counter and when your food is ready, they call it out and you fetch it from the counter. Both cash and credit/ debit cards are accepted here. One thing to know is that they are really strict about having their customers keep their masks on except when they are eating and drinking. The carne asada burrito and quesadilla I ordered here were good and they even had coffee! The dining room was clean and the gentleman I ordered from at the register was polite. I would return here again.
It was our first time at this location. We been going to cactus for years location 1 and 3. The food at #4 was delicious. The burrito de asada with cheese delicious as always and the salsa superb. !!! Definitely will be coming to cactus #4 soon.
I just received my food ticket #232 this is the worst service, maybe because my order was the last ones they didn't care to put at least one salsa ! My tacos came plain and i specify that i want with few adds ! As i have even in the ticked picture, the avocado it's totally black discounting, i been calling and no one answer probably i will dispiute the charge because the food i received isn't what I paid and order for.!!!
