I’ve been here multiple times and absolutely LOVE it! Their burgers are flavorful, the lettuce buns are the size of actual buns, and the service is always excellent.

Happy Hour as of May 2022 is Monday - Thursday from 3p-5p. It's a narrow window, but the value is unbeatable! 50% off of the burgers, beer and wine. I'm beginning to love this place already.Came in here with a buddy, and we had really great service! You walk up to the counter, place your order, and then sit down at one of the tables. They bring the food out to you.The quality of the hamburger is exceptional! You can actually taste the beef in the meat. No artificial anything here. And it shows. Very flavorful oh, tasty, tangy, you get the notes of sweet and tangy from the 1000 Island dressing, and a decent-sized burger as well. The Patty itself is cooked in a way that makes it crunchy around the edges. So you have the texture of medium doneness in the middle, and then crunchy towards the edges. The bun is great too... it's soft, chewy and Airy, kind of like a brioche met a croissant. But without all the butter. Definitely tasted fresh baked. There are a couple tables outside, then about I'd say around seating for 12-15 in the first room, another 15-20 seats or so down the row that goes in the back towards the bathrooms. The vibe in here is definitely a casual place. I don't really know how to compare this place, it's like if you took a Habit and threw in alcohol. It's the kind of spot where maybe you were craving a beverage and a burger, but didn't want to spend a fortune at a bar or fancy Steakhouse place. If you're a casual date kind of person, this is the perfect spot for you. Something quick and easy, simple, nothing fancy. Meet a friend here for late lunch, early dinner type thing. If you're a tourist, even better! You can't beat the value of 50% off for the quality of food that you get.If you're the type of people who are bicycle riders, motorcycle riders, looking for a spot to grab a bite to eat and a beverage during the week, this is the place for you. This location is close to Ventura Boulevard, on Van Nuys. So maybe you just came down from bicycle riding Mulholland? As long as this place has that happy hour special, I will definitely be back here for sure.

I like this place. They don’t use canola or vegetable oil for their food. Fries taste fresh. Don’t get to eat them a lot but when I do. I make my own or come here.

My daughter took me for lunch at this chain, and I was disappointed. The patty itself wasn’t 8ounces of grilled, not fried 93/7 meat. I shouldn’t have to add another patty to make more ounces. I want a thick piece of meat to begin, like when you order a burger at Ruth Chris or Mastros. In addition to the insufficient meat portion, the sauce containers are not even four ounces each, and after two containers/trays, the third-get charged. That’s ridiculous that the patrons staying in the restaurant can’t have unlimited buffalo sauce or sauce in a more generous container. As for the sizeable French fry, my daughter and I were told it was HUGE and to my surprise, when it arrived at the table was a drinking cup size, maybe four dry oz. That’s regular size to me. I was expecting 10 oz of French fries; otherwise, I would have had my daughter order two or maybe not order one to begin with. That size that they call a large fry is not a large fry and is a total overcharge. In Mastros or Ruth Chris, when you order one size fries, it’s so overwhelming you can’t finish your food. That’s what I was expecting. I don’t usually endorse anything less than those places, but we just thought, why not. But now we know.

I really like this place but something was missing in the seasoning department. Like the burger tasted good and the ingredients were good. It just tasted as if the burger was patted out and grilled without being seasoned. (I have no idea if this is the case or not). But other than that it was really good. If anything, that might mean this is just a tad bit healthier than what one would think. The fries and onion rings were great and not too greasy. It’s definitely worth trying.

By far one the best burger places that I've had the opportunity to visit. it is also the first burger places that offers a pasture raised turkey burger and I must say that it is the best turkey burger that I've had.The restaurant was also very clean and the counter staff very helpful and attentive

This is my good to place for burgers near my office. Always fresh and always tasty. Never had any issues here with food quality or service.

Food tasted awesome, the Turkey burger was great, the lettuce was fresh, the sauce used in the sandwich was like one we've never experienced before. The fries, onion rings and even the ketchup all tasted like they were made from scratch in house. Highly recommended. A must try.

Best Burger best fries best onion rings I've had in years don't listen to one stars whine about a cost $18 it was worth it.Grass fed plus they pay their employees decent

A burger, fries, and a drink came out to over $18. Just the burger is $10. Literally double the price of in n out. I don't know what they are doing with the pricing here, but you can get better food at in n out for half the price.
